Absolutely phenomenal - is all i can say about Alphagraphics. They were able to turn around a last minute print job for my Father's funeral, which was 3 days after Christmas. The order was placed on Thursday morning and completed by Friday morning. The programs looked absolutely phenomenal, even with the amount of work that had to be done in order to have the program designed the way we wanted it. When I initially called in I was given prompt service by a very knowledgeable member of the staff. I received the estimate within a few hours of requesting it, which usually takes most places 24 to 48 hours to turn around an estimate. The team at the Old Town location are friendly, attentive and proactive. At one point there was a mistake made by a third party vendor we were ordering from through AG Old Town. We were only two days away from our deadline day but AG Old Town worked with the vendor to quickly turn around a fix and everything was ready on the day of the event. Amazing service! read more

I haven't seen the final prints yet, but I'm sure that they will look good. Lenora was very helpful in both locating the PDF files for our previous printings of several 2-sided full color brochures and with working with me to revise/update them. I appreciated the willingness to work with me and to turn around the proofs in a very timely fashion. We thought we would have needed the new prints for last Friday for a Home Show in Chantilly, but it was cancelled due to the snow. This was my first time using their service. I was very pleased with the final product but I did have some hiccups along the way with communication with one of their staff members. I was under the impression that my order was complete, not knowing that they couldn't print it. The staff member said she emailed me but I never received it so when I went to pick up my order I was informed they couldn't print it due to the megapixels. But they did come through in the end and produced a nice picture that I was able to use. read more

The employee who helped me (Alma) was amazing! She took time to advise me on how to get the best possible effect I was trying for with my business card. I didn't understand all the technicalities of what it would take but she guided me through. I believe she also adjusted my background further to make the contrast just right. The Arlington Philharmonic has been using the services of Alphagraphics for several years for the printing of multipage concert programs. The employees are friendly, accommodating of last minute changes, and skilled at graphics work. The company does exactly what they say they will do re: finish dates/times, fast turn-arounds. I had a need for 100 400-page books to be printed, with laminated color covers and a 4-page color insert. They not only were one of the few companies I approached who even bothered to respond to a request for a quote (I guess my money wasn't green enough elsewhere!), but they were friendly and flexible.
