I asked if our original perks number was still good. I was told that I could bring in the cartridges and that my perks # should be good. They didn't have but two or three people working during rush hour and only one was a cashier. My former perks # was not in the system anymore. The young man at the register was very nice and tried to help me but the antiquated register was uncooperative. Now I know why I thought they didn't exist here anymore.

But let me caveat that it wasn't the stores issue or fault. What people fail to realize is that franchise locations are merely the conduit. Once the driver picks up the packages, it is a whole different workflow chain. I understood this. I will not bore you with the details of my debacle. What is important to know is that the manager intervened to fix the problem, even though UPS corporate/customer service should've resolved this. She was patient and thoughtful in ensuring my patronage was valued. She really didn't have to do that because at the end of the day I recognize mistakes can and will happen. However it is nice to know that the don't take their customers for granted.

I've never been disrespected by the OWNER of a business as badly as I was during my interaction with her. I was referred to them to have hang tags printed for my company. I called to ask if they could do what I needed and was told it wouldn't be a problem. After completing one order, I made another to have additional tags made. I asked if they could wait to drill the holes so I could bring the first set of tags to have them all lined up. Again, was told it wasn't a problem and that they would be working on them the next morning. I said I would stop by that afternoon. Once I arrived, there were no tags. The guy I spoke to had no explanation other than they weren't ready and wouldn't be ready until the next week. After I expressed my disappointment that they weren't ready especially I had driven over 30 min to get there, the owner comes out of the office to tell me "You know what, we don't want to do this for you anyway. This is not what we do!" She went on to explain how her guy spent hours working on "my little things" and that she has other stuff for him to do. I asked her why didn't they call me if they were having problems and she said she doesn't have my phone number. Which is not true. The conversation ended with her throwing her hands up and telling me I can find someone else to do it because they're not the print company for me. If you care about how you're treated when you spend money (especially privately owned companies) DO NOT use Atomic Graphics.

Mrs. Janet sent me back a test page with all my signs for approval before making anything. The signs turned out great and at a very reasonable price. This is a small family owned business. They seem to really care for their customers. I was very pleased with the work and craftsmanship. They also do all sorts of graphic jobs including car wrapping. I highly recommend giving them a shot on any printing, graphics, signs, or wrap jobs you might have. They were a joy to work with!
