This is one of the most unprofessional experiences I have encountered. Callie Boyed agreed to do a…read morejob of creating/printing programs for a funeral and provided a completion date and time. When she failed to meet her deadline, she ignored phone calls and emails. I heard from her as I was headed to the wake of my loved one; she requested that I skip the wake in support of her LATE effort to complete her job. She finally completed the job long after midnight the day of the funeral. She did NOT deliver the programs; she requested that I drive to meet her at a location which was convenient to her home. She failed to deliver on time; she also did not return treasured family photos. She claimed they were at the bottom of the program box; we found nothing! #moreheartbreakanddissapointment Her lack of empathy and communication is challenging and she struggles with being truthful about her failures in both communication and service. We spent thousands of dollars with Reflections and NOTHIING has gone according to our agreement. I WILL NEVER USE this company again and strongly recommend that you avoid the stress and heartache of service failures at such a painful time in your life.

I paid in full and did all the work including cropping the photos. 1 day before the funeral, she called and stated the program font had to be very small because we paid for the small brochure and would have to pay $181 to get the large size. Mind you, she called in the afternoon, the day before the funeral, which was slated for 10:00 am. There was no way any other company could have completed this print job. So, clearly the tactic was to take advantage. My son paid the extortion fee because we had no choice at the time. However, I had the contracted price in writing via email that clearly stated the cost. As a result, I was able to recover the excessive charge. She then had the nerves to email me with a lie, stating my son paid for extra programs. At that point, it was clear what type of company and person I was dealing with. Do not use this company unless you get a contract or email that specifically state the charges in details, they should provide proofs and your approval should be given prior to printing and delivery date should be provided. Only pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. If they breach any portion, contact your card issuer and recover your funds. Go to court and let the judge determine the appropriate payment if any at all. Personally, I will never use them again....when you have lossed a love one, the last thing you need is someone trying to steal from you or completing the job so close to the deadline that you are worried sick. Angel Wings is coming to Memphis in May 2021, this would be a much better company to do business with. Use Reflections at your own risk!
