Not all the candidates are teachers, but they are able to communicate with middle schoolers, which is a great quality. TES took on the task of advertising and recruiting candidates and uses it's dedicated staff to make calls to subs quickly and efficiently. This has taken the burden of filling missing staff positions out of the hands of my very busy clerical staff, which saves us time and stress. We have been able to build up a group of subs that we know and trust and are able to select them first.
