I took it to Vicki and for a fair price... she retrieved all my old files and replaced the hard drive with a new and better one... made sure that my PC was compatible with Windows 7 before hand (and it was) and put Windows 7 Home Edition on it (my PC originally had XPService Pack 3 on it). She upated all my my drivers and and my RAM and now my old PC works like a charm. I still use it to this very day and I have had no problems with it. Her service is excellent. They were not able to find the source of the problem. Then, I reached out to the Optimum. They sent a technician within 5 days for a free-of-charge inspection. He was very knowledgeable and could find the source of the problem within 10 minutes. He also confirmed it was limited to one room. I needed help moving the furniture around, and the technician took care of it. The treatment provided by Optimum got rid of the bed bugs. I had a problem with spiderwebs everywhere and other outdoor bugs. I signed up for the outdoor treatment twice a year. The first one was done late fall, and so far, I don't see any bugs or spiderwebs.

The owner/manager Kevin is very personable and loves showing people around his shop if you ask. The local metal fabrication plant in my town sends all their projects here for coating. Oh also the turn around time is phenomenal. I brought in a small job and laid out the details of what I wanted and I got a phone call THE NEXT DAY that my stuff was done. They have many furnaces (at least 4 ) that reach up to 800 degrees and one of them is big enough to put a car chassis in.
