City Blue Imaging gave us a quote and even offered a discount because we were students! They really worked with us to get what we needed and I could not have asked for better customer service. For $40 we were able to get a quality 3x4' engineering print of a research poster within a few hours. Unfortunately, almost every time I called during the business hours that they have listed, nobody was available. I have been told several times that they don't do mock-ups or assist with anything at all until you pay. This is not the industry standard. I have worked with printing companies in marketing nationwide for over 15 years. This is awful customer service! You can absolutely find a company that will treat you and your business better.
