Their front desk/treatment coordinator was very helpful and transparent working with their insurance coordinator to get my treatment covered. The office location is brand new and right off of highway 400. They have plenty of parking, and it is right next to a Starbucks if you wanted to get some while you wait. The inside is very new, and their equipment is top notch. I actually arrived 10 minutes late, but they had my x-rays done and had me in the chair less then 3 minutes after showing up. The dental hygienist was very kind and conversational. The dentist, Dr Pak, was very knowledgeable, educative, and professional. The service was prompt, efficient, and fast. It exceeded all of my expectations. They explained the variety of maintenance and preventative treatment options I had available to me and gave me the treatment cost breakdown to sign before my treatment. For those without insurance they have a membership plan that offers their full treatment regimen for competitive cost. All in all, I was very highly impressed with this dental office and staff, and I'm glad that I made it my new office. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have. As of the time of this review, they are accepting new patients, and they have a deal for a dental exam and teeth whitening for life for only 19$. Better sign up fast while you can.

Dr. Myers has taken very good care of my teeth for many years, he and his staff are very friendly, especially the front desk lady and Jessica. From my own personal experience I never felt that I was being sold something that I did not need, than again I only visit for regular teeth cleanings and checkups. The prices here are slightly higher than other dentists that I have visited in the past, but I must admit that I like the fact that this office uses the newest equipment. Before coming here, my previous dentist that my family was using, only had old equipment in his office, and after coming here, I see why it is important to use high quality equipment and the newest technology. I also gave them my email, on the small chance (not likely, many businesses have successfully called me) that the phone number was not working. I got my bills emailed to me, no issue - but no responses to my questions. It's unfortunate that I had this experience, as I said the dental staff were nice and fine. But I will not be returning, nor can I recommend the business to anyone due to the issues I had reaching them to discuss my bills (which were never resolved... in the end, I paid them, because I don't want a mark on my credit). I have the top executive-level dental plan, so even though Dr Gurley is out-of-network, I did not expect a 6-month visit to be more than $100 or so OOP, typical of other dentists here and in ORANGE COUNTY, CA. I then had a crown chip, and Dr Gurley again spent 10 minutes with me as he ground the corner of my crown to remove the sharp edge. I was shocked when I ended up with a bill for $959 dollars, of which insurance paid $411. It appears Dr Gurley DOUBLES the rates that top-of-the-line dental insurance pay, essentially double dipping. Gurley charges $145 for an oral exam and ins pays $72. Gurley charges $604 for a 6-month and ins pays $217, including $190 fee for panoramic & ins pays $82! Now no one will call me to discuss.

I went a head and scheduled an appointment to see for myself because I really needed someone who can take care of my teeth and not neglect me like my last one. I was a little skeptical because I didn't know what to expect and if these reviews were actually true or not. But let me tell you, everyone in this office was friendly and their customer service was super! As I walked in, I was immediately greeted! It took no time for them to get me inside for my cleaning. They took really good care of me and they walked me thru the X-rays process to the cleaning. I love the fact that they provided me sunglasses during my cleaning so my eyes don't hurt or ache from the lights! Dr. Bae was able to provide me with what I needed to know and her recommendations were very honest. I really recommend this place!
