It is with great pleasure that I write this review regarding the outstanding, superb and professional services that I received from Dr. Cesar Tapia, D.D.S., MICOI, MAAIP and his absolutely wonderful dental hygienist Mrs. Sharee. All the other staff members were extremely welcoming from the first day that called. In addition, they (the staff) were all professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and eased any anxiety of painful dentistry... After extensive research and a true waste of money bouncing from dental facility to dental facility in an effort to address my periodontal issue, I learned and welcomed myself to the Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure (LANAP)! It was then that I met Dr. Cesar Tapia and his wonderful staff. The fee for the procedure was truly, and honestly reasonable. I elected to move forward with the LANAP procedure for several reasons. 1. I wanted to rid myself of the periodontal issue without having fifty percent of my teeth removed (that were not giving me any problems) I might add. 2. I refused the traditional periodontal surgery because of the significant downsides... Where LANAP can clean to the root of the problem, traditional won't. 3. I did not want to deal with the pain of cutting into the gum tissue in an effort to search for bacteria "possibly" with that that scalpel blade that may never find the bacteria, or much worse cutting too deep only leading to stitches and a ball of gauze in your mouth in the end. 4. My pockets ranged anywhere from a 3-9, and possibly deeper. There was no way in my humble opinion that any dentist would be able to clear the buildup. And I must state this this issue exacerbated due to my fault and not addressing it in the gingivitis stage. 5. The list can go on.... So yes, these were some of my fears with traditional surgery- treatment VS. Laser treatment. The process/treatment went quick, overall, one hour. I did get breaks in between to make a phone call or two. I was able to speak with clear communication. Of course, my mouth will feel like rocks due to the local anesthesia. During the procedure I had very minimal pain, on a scale of 1-10, I would state a {2} more like tired jaws, a pinch here or there. I took Tylenol after the procedure. I did not need any pain medication afterwards. I only took it because I was instructed. The following day I did not need to take any pain medication. Again, the process was timely. 1. A. Measure Periodontal Pockets. 2. B. Bacteria Removal. 3. C. Calculus Removal. 4. D. Clotting. 5. E. Tissue Compression. 6. F. Bite Adjustment. Anyone considering the LANAP I highly recommend Dr. Caesar and staff w/o reservation. Please be careful and don't have your teeth extracted "unnecessarily". read more

I was hit with sudden, excruciating pain, to the point where I could hardly function. Dr Cesar was recommended to me, by a family member, and I was able to get fitted into the schedule. As is said, this was the start of a beautiful relationship! I cannot say enough about the amazing staff at this outstanding dental office. Shiny, at the front desk, greets you with a genuine warmth, that makes you feel "seen" and valued. Kamalí, lead assistant, will put the most "shell shocked" patient (me) at ease with her sweet smile and angel's touch. My orthodontic specialist, Orysya, cares for me with the patience and professionalism that comes from someone who gives their all, from the heart. Hygients used to terrify me. Here, I am in the best of hands with Chirrie. Her gentleness and experience will ensure that you are comfortable throughout each visit. Turrell, financial genius, will skillfully guide you through the intricacies of billing. Most of all, Dr Cesar treats me with a compassion that brings good tears to my eyes. I have never before had a dentist who was as kind and knowing as he. He Listens. To. You. (Can't stress that enough!) and takes the time to explain everything he is doing, answers all my questions and treats me with excellence! This dental practice is rare and wonderful. If you are afraid of going to the dentist, I totally understand you. I used to be just like you until I met Dr. George Dinulescu. I am so glad he is back in Georgia. I was afraid to go see another dentist while he was away. He makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed that you will forget you're in that scary dentist chair. His work habits and professionalism are beyond my expectations. During any procedure, he constantly makes sure you are doing ok. Not only he is an awesome dentist, Dr. Dinulescu is also extremely kind and friendly, and I can say the same about the entire staff at ConfiDenT. So I needed dental work at the worst possible time, between Christmas and New Years. Dr George Dinulescu managed to get me in, and thanks to him we were able to follow through with our travel plans. The entire staff was very courteous and efficient, and the waiting time short. Dr Dinulescu immediately identified the problem, a cavity that only showed on the x-ray, and also correctly surmised that there probably was another mirror one in the adjacent tooth. He was right, of course, and he took care of both of them with professionalism and impeccable manners. Cesar is one the best dentists we've ever had. Very thorough, educates his patients and performs only procedures that are needed. The dentists prior him would always try to sell us on necessary procedures and products but not Cesar... he truly cares that you get the care you need and does a high quality work. So far he has done several crowns and fillings on me. He performed a mini surgery on my husband, trying to save his front tooth that was messed up by dentists before him. Cesar's staff is very kind, personable, and efficient at what it does... his assistants as well as receptionist who radiates cheerful positive energy with huge always-on smile. Dr. Cesar and his staff are a Godsend. I was in a significant amount of pain due to an abscessed tooth. As a new patient, Dr. Cesar worked me in on a emergent appt on a busy Saturday. And I am forever grateful, not just because he was able to help relieve my dental pain, but his was very professional, thorough, and attentive. The staff at ConfiDent was also very professional, welcoming, kind and compassionate. They also went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. Dr. Cesar came up with a treatment plan to treat my dental abscess, plan for root canal, and crown placement. Hands down one of the best dental practices out there. Kind, compassionate, accommodating, and I can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I am not a current patient but I drove over an hour away on a Saturday after my 4- year old was crying all night from teeth pain. Allison was awesome from the beginning and tried her best to help get us in to provide relief for my son. I stopped calling around after I spoke to her since I just knew this was where I needed to go. My son was not the easiest to deal with since he was extremely anxious, but the way the entire staff handled him, I am thankful he was in great hands. Dr. George Dinulescu is the best dentist I ever had the pleasure to be treated by. I've had dental issues since I was young and been treated by many doctors, but none compares. He takes his time every time I visit with him. Very gentle. I had two extractions and didn't even know they were out, didn't feel anything. He did a partial denture for me and every time it bothers me he adjusts it at no charge to make me feel comfortable. Highly recommended doctor and his office personnel is top notch. Dr. Dinulescu is highly skilled, professional, very honest and friendly. I love that he always has a discussion with you to explain the best option, why and how a procedure is done. He always kept me informed of my progress and the end results were beyond my highest expectation. The service and treatment plans are great and appointments are always easy to make. I chipped my tooth on a Friday night and was going out of town Monday. I could not reach my dentist and couldn't find anyone that works on Saturday. I texted ConfiDent and received a reply within minutes. I explained my situation and had an appointment within the hour. Love Love Love Dr. Dinulescu! He's the best! My root canal from years ago got infected and he fixed it so quickly. He made himself available right away and was so thorough about all the details... Very glad I was referred by a friend to come here. Other dentist told me I needed a surgical extraction after looking at my tooth. Not only did Dr. Tapia save my tooth with a root canal/crown, but it really was the most pleasant dental experience I've had. Such a BLESSING! Dr. Cesar Tapia responded to my phone message early on Saturday morning desperately seeking an emergency root canal. I can't describe the pain I was in. He had plans with his family (as all of us do on our days off) and he came in and opened the office and performed a painless root canal for me. I just Left Dr. Cesar Tapia's office. What a very pleasant Dental office experience. From the moment you enter the office the staff is friendly and attentive. The office is extremely clean . Dr Cesar is AMAZING. The office staff and receptionist were SO nice... you could tell they genuinely cared. My boyfriend broke his tooth at 4 pm on Friday the doctor came in from HOME to accommodate us. Every dentist closes early on Friday and told me NO, even our own.
