The ladies at the front desk were an absolute pleasure, so sweet and so professional, they made me feel so welcome. She was professional, courteous, and of course, let me know it would only be a couple minutes before I was up. Sure enough, within 4 minutes Beate came out and introduced herself as my hygienist for the day. Pleasant, professional, and super thorough- my cleaning went about as flawlessly as could be expected. She spoke about the things she was doing so that I didn't wonder what was happening. Sometimes in the past, I have been delayed or waited a long time to see the Dr. when the cleaning was wrapping up. Dr. Bowns was in to see me within 2 minutes of finishing with Beate. He is pleasant, easy to talk with, and I found it refreshing that I was in and out of the office in less than one hour.
