I was delivering a brand new Toyota Sienna from Colorado to California and I accidentally scratched the driver's side (about 8-10 scratches). Since the condition of the vehicle is my personal responsibility, you can imagine how upset and worried I was. Clay is simply a magician. All scratches 100% removed. It's as if they never existed. I don't know if Johnstone Detailing provides quality service. I know that at least one of the…read moredrivers in their work truck is profoundly reckless. Why they'd drive with such disregard for public safety with their company name and phone number emblazoned on their truck is beyond me. And since they're that careless on the highway, I'm sure I'd never let them touch my vehicle. I was driving in the center lane of the northbound I-215 belt route when the Johnstone Detailing truck came up behind me fast in the right lane. A car in that lane was slightly ahead and going slower than me when the Johnstone truck almost rear-ended them and nearly hit me when they swerved left across all three lanes. Their brake lights never came on. Then, the truck driver accelerated even faster and started weaving in and out of other traffic before turning onto I-80 eastbound. (See photos and bear in mind the wide-angle lens of the dashcam makes the truck seem further away than it was.) The experience left me a bit rattled and angry that anyone would needlessly jeopardize my safety and the well-being of other citizens on the road. With all the different options for auto detailing in Summit, Heber, and Salt Lake Counties, I recommend you try any of those before risking your vehicle at Johnstone Detailing. If they're as careless with your car as they are when they're driving, you can do much better. Note: I don't know why Yelp won't allow me to put the photos in the proper order, but you get the gist of the progression.

They were able to polish out my front headlight covers, thankfully getting rid of the yellow tent that tends to come as a car ages. They pulled my tires off and really polished the rims up to a racing sparkling state. They worked hard not only on the exterior but also the interior. By the end of the day they were not only able to get the outside of the car to really shine, they got the inside of the car looking wonderfully beautiful and clean! I recommend them!
