Everyone at the body shop has been friendly, communicative, and professional. The people who work there seem terrific and I don't have anything negative to say about the actual interactions I've had with the shop. The damage happened over the December holidays, so I didn't expect them to be completed particularly fast, as delivery of parts over the holidays is expected to be spotty. However, the estimated date of completion has been pushed back for the third time, and is approaching 5 full weeks now - it is nearly the end of January. The first estimated completion date they gave me was two weeks ago. It's now been pushed back over 2 weeks because their parts deliveries for my Prius have been incorrect or missing important pieces. I can't blame the shop, but their parts vendors are clearly not dependable and I feel that by the time a shop gives you a third estimated date of completion, it should be correct. While I'm not unhappy with the actual service they have been providing, this experience overall has been miserable due to delays. I have had to continually renew my rental car to accommodate this extra time. In short, alpine has a great, accommodating staff at their body shop. Unfortunately, they apparently have incompetent vendors for their parts that have soured the entire experience. That said, the work they did was perfect once it was all in place, and everyone there is so friendly and honest, so I can't give it less than 3 stars. I will gladly give them another chance when I can plan for not having my car, as opposed to right after an accident.

Told a friend of mine where I had the work done and he went over to get a quote on an a.c. Compressor for his call. He said they were very rude and inpatient, so he just left. 3 months after my engine replacement and an injector went out! Don't think the even had them serviced! This place might be fine for small jobs, but I wouldn't recommend them for anything too sophisticated.

He never told me about this charge when I dropped my car off. I should have got it in writing before I let him work on it I am an elderly women and he saw me coming and took advantage. I offered to split the difference with him but he refused. Lesson learned Watch out for this guy. I asked him to check out the dash that was not working he didn't even look up the codes and told me to take it to a dealership. I didn't need to drive my car anywhere, so I didn't bother getting it repaired. Fast forward from early January to the end of April, and I was now in desperate need of my car. We knew the alternator was shot and that the battery needed replacement. Local body shops quoted some pretty steep prices and weren't sure when they could get to it. Our neighbors referred us to James Mobile Auto Repair. He was able to come out to our house the following day, and confirmed it was the battery and alternator. He ordered the parts and was back the next day to complete the work. He is really kind, informative, fair priced, knowledgeable, and just did a great job. We are super thankful to have found him and will absolutely use his services again should the need arise.
