They allowed me to place a deposit (half) on the frames/lens build we made, and I paid the rest when they came in. I was told it could take up to a week for the new glasses to arrive, but they were in within only three days! The staff was wonderful as they fitted the glasses for me and gave me a care kit with wipes and info about the lens coatings. The ONLY thing keeping this from being a five star review is that it's a difficult location to get in and out of, it's on a busy corner with lots of traffic and multiple lights.

After the 4th one hour round trip to their office, I returned the glasses for a refund. I would not recommend this office for your vision care. As a mom, bringing multiple little ones to an appointment can be stressful, and I was worried they would be a distraction or an inconvenience. Instead, every single staff member I interacted with was kind, welcoming, patient, and understanding. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Not once did I feel judged or like my kids were a bother. They went out of their way to make the experience easier for all of us. The care I received was excellent, but what really stood out was how compassionate and welcoming everyone was. It made such a difference and took away so much of the anxiety I had walking in. The entire process felt rushed, and rote. The assistant seemed bored and only half present, which makes me wonder how thorough and accurate she was. I also felt a bit rushed when I asked about a laser procedure that would help improve my vision after having had cataract surgery on my right eye last year. I left not really understanding much of anything, and questioning what I need or don't need. I should've asked more questions, but, again, I felt rushed. I do give 5 stars to whoever took the photos of my eyes prior to the exam. She was bright, kind, and more than happy to explain things. When there are such large numbers of patients being seen on a daily basis, maybe it's inevitable that we begin to feel like moving parts on a conveyor belt of an assembly line. It might be time to look for a smaller practice.
