In February 2026, during a routine oil change and tire rotation at my dealership, the technician informed me that one tire was out of balance. Upon inspection, they discovered that Tire Discounters had broken part of my rim and left two deep gouges on the inside of my tire--so deep that the wires were exposed. I returned to the Tire Discounters location immediately and requested reimbursement for the damaged tire and rim. The supervisor, Morgan, stated that the decision would need to be made by Frank, the Zone Regional Manager. When I spoke with Frank, he was dismissive and offered no apology or willingness to reimburse me for a new tire and rim. I asked to escalate the matter, and he stated he would forward it to the company's Vice President. It has been 7 days, and I have not received any follow‑up. This experience has raised serious concerns about the integrity and customer service at this location--from the technician who deemed the tire safe to drive, to the management who failed to take responsibility. I am giving 1 star only because I am fortunate the tire did not fail and no one was injured.

I was pleased and parked my butt in an empty seat. The guy at the front desk was very nice and took my info. My car has lots o miles, so I told him I wanted the oil that would make it purr like a kitten again instead of an asmatic old lion. I presented a coupon to him and he nodded in acknowledgement. I sat back down and watched him greet several of the regulars by name, and that's always a good thing in my book. After awhile they came in and showed me how dirty my air filter was and I cringed... I knew this visit would entail more than an oil change because it had been a pretty long time since I'd brought my car in for service. After about 10 more minutes he came in and said my serpentine belt was bad, and I had a feeling it was so that was no shocker. Well, my 30 minutes turned to about an hour. Not a huge deal, but I think they had to order my serpentine belt from another shop. What I am bummed about is that they didn't tell me, and my boyfriend overheard them ordering it from another shop. Had they set that expectation of my wait, I would have been fine. When I was all done and ready to pay, the guy told me that my coupon wasn't valid because I used a more expensive oil. I probably looked like someone kicked my puppy because the original guy never told me that. For a high mileage oil change, fluid top off, air filter, and serpentine belt I was looking at $160. After he realized the first guy had been told about my coupon, he gave me a $10 discount. I was happy again! He also gave me a loyalty card that gives me my 6th oil change free. Bonus!! The thing I liked the most about them, is that they could tell my car had some issues while starting, and they offered some ideas and mentioned that the auto shop up the street was theirs too. I can say that I will definitely be back here, and I may even try out their auto shop. The service was great, and my car's asthma is silenced for a bit. :P

We've taken several cars there and each time have received good service. Today was an oil change. I appreciate the free inspection to know what needs to be considered for future work. They also give photos of the items in question. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. When I picked up the car there was a handwritten note thanking me for the business. In this day - any thank you note is an above and beyond gesture, but to have it hand written was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely continue to do business with them.
