    I took my car to Dubwerx to diagnose the convertible top making a noise, diagnose the drivers door proximity not working, and to get an oil change. Oil change -- $156.16 They couldn't diagnose the convertible top noise, and recommended taking it to the dealership. -- N/C Drivers door proximity sensor PARTS $324.49 The door sensor was ordered and we scheduled another time to bring it in. The service advisor, Robby, had a few recommendations that he called me about before my next appointment. Transmission fluid, brake fluid, spark plugs, and crankcase vent valve. Robby told me he only recommended the trans fluid and spark plugs. The other fluids were recommendations and could wait. I agreed. On my second visit they were supposed to install the sun visor, install the door sensor, replace the spark plugs, and service the transmission. I dropped my car off at 7:30am. At 5pm when I went to pick my car up, it wasn't ready. At first it was "sorry" come back tomorrow. Then they offered me a loaner. But I was in a push for time, so I declined and told them I would return the next day. I have an alarm system on my car. It alerted me it had been started and shut off at around 8PM that night. I could only assume the technician was working late on it. So I stopped by around 2PM the next day and gave the technician $200 as a tip to show my appreciation for his extra help. When I picked the car up I signed a paper, paid with my card, and got my keys and left. After I left I looked at the receipt. I thought the price was higher than quoted, and it was... by $700+. They did the brake fluid and crankcase vent valve without my approval. I called and asked what the issue was and was told they would check their phone logs and get back to me because they record the phone calls. 2 weeks later and no response. So I text them and get told I approved the repairs AFTER they were done when I signed the receipt. That signature, according to them, is proof that I approved the repairs. NO! That's proof that I paid for the repairs. I wanted to find a place to get my Audi repaired and maintained and love supporting small shops. I wanted to give them a chance to make me a happy customer. Instead I get told "I am having a hard time understanding how this would be any different than going to a pizza place, ordering a 3 topping pizza, paying for it, signing the receipt, eating it, and then returning saying you actually only wanted one topping."

    I have been a satisfied customer of Dubwerx for years. They're the only place I'll take my Audi. Everything from repairs to regular maintenance to adding performance upgrades has been done expertly and professionally. All the guys there are great to talk to and interact with and they take the time to explain everything I ask so that I know exactly what to expect. I highly recommend Dubwerx if you own a make they specialize in.

    My Audi decided to have her first issue in the 3 years I've had her. I had a coolant leak in the thermostat and I wanted to get a more detailed look into it just to make sure. Dubwerx was very responsive, polite and professional with my inquiry and they were able to set me up with an appointment in the next few days. They encourage their customers to take advantage of their free Uber rides to and from the location instead of waiting in the lobby which was very convenient for me. Once they verified my issue, I asked when was the soonest that the work could be done. I was surprised and relieved when they told me that they could have the work done the next day! With it being a time sensitive issue I was really pleased that they could squeeze me in on a short notice, I know they had other customers to tend to. In the morning I got the text that the repairs were completed and once I got to my car, I noticed the placed a water bottle and cookie in my car. I thought that was really sweet of them to do. Although I hope my car won't need any repairs any time soon, I know Dubwerx will be my first choice.

    Called for a quote to mount new rims and tires. Was quoted $300....Tire Discounters did it for $100.

    Wish I could leave zero stars…read more.. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. What should have been a routine oil change turned into a complete nightmare. Valvoline damaged my brother's car during a standard oil change, leaving him without transportation right before he needed to leave for an internship. We made it known from the beginning that he needed his car for transportation, and they assured us they would make it right. While they did provide a rental car initially, they are now demanding it be returned even though the entire situation was caused by their mistake. My brother is currently in Minnesota for his internship, and instead of making things right, Valvoline has refused to either ship his repaired vehicle to him or extend the rental until he has access to his car. They're expecting him to deal with the consequences of a problem they created! A simple oil change should never result in a damaged vehicle, weeks of inconvenience, and a customer being stranded hundreds of miles from home. The lack of accountability and customer service throughout this process has been incredibly frustrating. Please save yourself the headache and take your vehicle somewhere else!

    BEWARE!!!! Just went to get our oil change and what a nightmare! First I am not one to complain…read moreor do a bad review as a business owner myself I know the importance of customer satisfaction and business reputation After taking the oil out of vehicle we sat for approximately 20 minutes while they tried to take the oil filter off. After numerous attempts they couldn't remove filter. The manager came and said they were going to refund us our oil change because they had already charged us. I said that's fine but I explained I noticed they extracted the oil and didn't see them refill. He assured me they did and he yelled for them to close it up and open bay. A tech came over checked the oil dip stick twice and then proceeded to put the oil stick in and close the hood for me to leave. It felt wrong. I honked and asked him to show me the stick. He proceeded to open the hood take the stick out 3 times then lay it on the truck and call for a manager. By this time I am out of my truck because I still hadn't see the stick. Manager came over and I explained. I was getting ready to be waved out of the bay and go on my merry way with NO oil. He got combative and argumentative claiming that they were not letting us leave that is why the hood was up. I tried explaining the reason the hood was up was because I asked the tech to show me the dipstick. After he closed the hood for me to leave. Accidents happen and that was a huge one l! The discombobulation came from the manager NOT listening to the customer, I could see his hostility in his eyes and his aggression and his attitude is what was wrong place wrong time. The other two techs apologized and were quick to admit the wrong. The leader however was the opposite. He never listened and walked away.
