I completely understand that businesses have to make financial decisions, but I was extremely disappointed by how easily long-standing residential customers were dropped when a more valuable contract came along. I can absolutely recommend the quality of their work--they truly were fantastic. But I would caution residential customers to keep in mind that, based on my experience, a long-term relationship and consistent business may not carry much weight if a larger HOA or commercial contract comes along.
