I reached out to this business to inquire about sod installation in my backyard. Jose was prompt to respond and came out within the week to survey my backyard and discuss my project. He was able to provide me an estimate within 20 minutes and was very thorough in his explanation of work and suggestions of what type of sod to use. My yard is lacking of sun exposure so it has been tricky keeping grass healthy and lush. He assured me that his work is guaranteed and he would return to the property if any issues with the sod arise in the future. Jose was able to get my project scheduled within 2 weeks. Additionally, the McMansion owner behind me planted several very aggressive Ficus trees way too close to the property line, and they had breached the fence and were taking over my patio. After a couple texts and an estimate based on photos I sent, Jose came by, reassured me that mine wasn't the worst yard he'd seen (thank you for your grace), and scheduled the clean up for later that week (and confirmed his original estimate). His crew touched base with me the night before and the morning of with their ETA, and arrived on time and with the right equipment to haul everything away.
