Staff collects trash every morning and also will refill propane tanks for you if you leave the tank out, you just have to pay for the propane! We chose to get a group site as there were 3 groups in our party. The group site consisted of 4 sites forming a box around shared grass (shown in photo). Full hookups including a direct dump spot on your site! There are plenty of solo sites which each have their own grass patch (pro tip - sites around spot 77 offer a view of the river!). super dog friendly with stations throughout the park for bags and waste trash cans. The main lobby has free popcorn available for self serve. Very nice pool, hot tub and sauna, as well as a mini fitness area and showers located to the left of the lobby. 8pm-10pm is reserved for adults only. Bathrooms were literally the nicest i have ever seen (super clean!) with each private stall having a shower, sink, toilet and complimentary bathmats. bathmats only ran out once in the 4 times i used the shower. There is also access to the river from the campsites and areas for fly fishing! Full time residents stay here as well :) Overall we really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again!

The common grass area in the middle was ideal to gather around and let our dogs hang out (on leashes). It was like our own little camping area. The bathrooms were the best I've ever seen camping! Individual bathrooms with showers equipped with bath mats! Very clean and the water pressure was excellent! 6 bathrooms in our area with the laundry room. A short walk from our camp site. The main check-in area had a club house with a pool/spa (adults only 18 and up from 8-10pm) with a lounge. They had some entertainment at nights (scheduled). Free popped popcorn all day, help yourself which was just like what you get at the movies - yum! RV Park is dog friendly and has a dog park and has dog areas and poop bags/dispensers thought out the park. It is close to the river so some spots have a river view and you are able to walk to the river and fish. Really loved our stay and will be back next year! Highly recommended!

Copperfield campground has been our spot for many years. We have noticed over the last few years…read moreand just during out recent stay, that large groups come and they are very loud and the kids run all over. There were groups of kids running and yelling through our camp spot. About 20 adults gathered by a campfire near us and about 10 kids ran wild, yelling and etc. They took over the area and had no respect for other campers. The evening before this happened a group of about 30 rafters came in and surrounded us and were loud. It seems like the big groups have taken over and they do not respect others. Copperfield is no longer the peaceful place that you can just sit in your campspot and enjoy visiting or walking around. Getting hit by kids on scooters and etc is a worry. There is a sign that says no scooters on the walk up to the restroom but kids use this to ride their bikes, scooters you name it. The host drives by and sees and hears it all but doesn't do anything about it. It says quiet time is at 11 pm, but that's a long time to wait for a little peace and quiet and courtesy from others. Sorry for the bad review, it's just very disappointing.

My wife and I just completed our two-night stay here in Cascade as we celebrated our wedding…read moreanniversary. I chose NoBo based on the reviews. NoBo is located at the northern end of Cascade, right off 55. I has a nice curb appeal, almost a Tudor vibe. The parking lot was huge and only a fraction was being used--including, I noticed, a couple in a large, class A RV. Hopefully they received permission from management. Inside is nice, perhaps a little dated. There is a curbed staircase to the second floor with large, nice wood banisters. They have an inside pool and jacuzzi, and even an onsite restaurant, which we did not try. It is three stories high. We did have to wait for at least 10 minutes to be helped when we arrived, not because of any fault of the desk clerk, but because a woman was having an ongoing conversation about have her dog stay there. No one really acknowledged us during this time. Speaking of checking in: I really liked that, through the app, you could check in early and even choose your room, along with a digital key, such that we only really needed to check in at the front upon arrival in order to get my wife a room key, as she didn't want to download the app to get the digital key. We chose the third floor, away from the elevator, facing 55. We did have a view of the parking lot, but we also had a view of the mountains, and that was nice. Our room had two queens, which is how we normally book, because my wife is a sound sleeper and I'm not, and I don't want to bother her. The room was spacious enough. It had a dresser and a simple desk, though no paper or pen. There was no clock in the room, perhaps on purpose. There was also no mini fridge or microwave. At first we did not feel that the wall-mounted AC was doing the job, but later felt that it cooled the room just great. Of note, the beds were about as comfortable as any hotel bed I've slept in, very nice. The bathroom was small, as was the tub. The water pressure was weak, taking away from the pleasure of taking a shower. The fan was controlled by buttons next to the toilet and was on a timer. You could choose 5, 10, 15, and 30 minute durations. There was a hairdryer. Counter space was limited. There were limited electrical outlets on the nightstand and desk; I had to have devices sitting on the floor to charge. We had an issue with our hair conditioner bottle running out and mentioned it to the desk clerk. They responded immediately, so service was great. The complimentary hot buffet breakfast was definitely a weak point. Most hotel breakfasts have watery scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and sometimes biscuits and gravy, as well as the other options, like waffles. The first morning, there was a fritata that had no flavor and was not warm. The second morning there was a small omelet with what seemed like American cheese, which I don't like. The potatoes were soggy and tasteless. The sausage patties and links were good. The biscuits were decent. Coffee was just OK. All in all, a nice stay. As far as we could see, if you want to stay in a hotel, this is the only game in town. There are motels, but staying in those places goes back to my college days. No more. Nobo is a nice hotel, reasonably priced, conveniently located, though a lakeview would have been optimal. We've stayed in McCall before, and we think we like the idea of staying in quiet Cascade and traveling up to McCall if desired, only about a 35-40 minute drive.

Everything seemed well maintained. I even had a faux fireplace! Ate dinner in the onsite hotel. Being an odd night and off season many of the menu items were not available. I did order a steak item off the tapas section that tasted like Mongolian beef. It was very well prepared. My Jack and Coke was served in a can which caught me off guard. Still good. Complimentary breakfast was very good. The breakfast burritos and salsa all seemed homemade. (Wish I could find salsa that good back home). Indoor swimming pool looked inviting. In all a hidden gem I wish I had more time to enjoy.
