I even said I was going to check out the Ktm dealer and he told me the plusses and minuses of those and I found his info unbiased which I appreciate from anyone selling you something. Anyways, I ended up buying a used bike in Denver, so I brought it in to these guys to change the jet and look the bike over They ended up doing that, changing the fork seals (which definitely were leaking), and replacing the oil, for a good price but more impressively all three guys stayed over 45 minutes late on their Friday in order to get it done, so I could ride all weekend. I didn't even press them, they just got it done cause they could tell I was pumped to get out there and practice. I've never had better service at a garage or a dealership and I haven't even bought a vehicle from them yet. Because of these guys im having fun tomorrow. Thanks again Oh yeah they do certified vin inspections for around twenty bucks too if you need your trailer inspected before getting license plates, state patrol only does it once a month, might help someone else out there

I stopped for gas in Steamboat Springs on my motorcycle and noticed my rear tire was almost flat. I…read morerode over to the Motorcycle Shop to see if they had a new tire they could sell me and was told they didn't. The owner was the only one working that day and even if he had one he had a full shop and 4 bikes in front of me so I decided to try and make it to Grand Junction Harley about 170 miles away which was the closest town where I could buy a new tire. What thoroughly impressed me was even though he was slammed with business he told me to sit tight for a minute and he'd put some air in my tire. He had to move a dune buggy and a motorcycle to get my bike close enough to the air then he laid down while the bike was still running and hot and maneuvered the air hose into about the tightest spot imaginable and filled my rear tire with air. This ordeal took about 20 minutes and when he was finished I asked him how much I owed him and he said no charge. He was going to do all that in the heat and lose valuable time he could've been working on other bikes for free! I tried to give him 20.00 and he wouldn't take it so I had to toss it at him as I pulled away. I've never rate companies in my life but this time I'm definitely going to highly recommend the Motorcycle Shop in Steamboat Springs, COlorado. Very refreshing to see there are still a few good ones out there!

Lately, it's always a "I'm sorry man we don't have it" even with parts as simple as...wheel bearings, clutch levers, shock bushings, and today...the final straw...clutch springs..... I'm tired. I just want a motorcycle shop that caters to the real moto head. The dude who's riding every day and needs his shop to be there when the dust settles. And it's clear, that is not Motobreck. If you want to be sold a UTV or side by side, by all means, step inside. But if you're looking for REAL enthusiasts that care about your seat time....keep searching

And I asked for a few add-ons which Lee, the owner, made sure were done when I arrived to pick up the bike. They also helped me out with the right accessories and helped with a perfect fitting helmet for my son which I really appreciated. They also were not trying to sell me the most expensive things - they were trying to sell me what would work for me. They have a great inventory and treated me so very well. Terrific Service Made our Ride Possible!…read more We recently bought my wife a motorcycle and were about to leave on a four-day trip through the mountains. I realized late Friday morning that her bike had 318 miles on it and it would need a 600 mile service soon -- and it really needed to be done by a Honda dealer! We would be riding through Steamboat Springs, so I called the Steamboat Powersports Service Dept there and spoke with Joel Fraser. For context, I'd called a few other shops (I won't name names) and none of them could fit us in for a week. Saturday is a busy day in the service departments of many shops, so I held out little hope that the Steamboat dealer could accommodate us. Joel immediately said, "We're booked up tomorrow, but I think we can work you into the schedule." He then looked up the parts we'd need for the service (oil, oil filter, transmission filter, etc.), confirmed he had them in stock and set us up for 9AM the next day -- which is when the shop opened. We arrived at the shop at 9AM on Saturday and we had the bike back before noon. Not only did Steamboat Powersports do the entire 600 mile service work, but they also washed the bike! That was particularly nice since we'd ridden in the rain on Friday afternoon. My wife and I also enjoyed strolling around the showroom, talking to the sales people who were friendly and highly knowledgeable about their products but never pushy. When I picked up the bike, Joel told me, "We like to accommodate travelers." That's for sure! I also felt like the pricing was more than fair -- it was a bargain, especially considering the circumstances. I thanked him and told him I'd write this review. Thank you, Joel, and Steamboat Powersports -- my wife and I both appreciate the friendly, expert and very timely service when we needed it. Your flexibility rescued our ride from my lack of preparation!
