After two days riding in the Mojave, then a couple days in the cooler air of Utah and Colorado, my 2013 BMW K1600 developed a misfire. Normally BMW bike owners only take their bikes to BMW specialists. But I like to think I can size up a quality person. I reviewed the area mechanics on line, then decided to call MHGM and Trevor (the owner) came right out. Trevor impressed me as a person who has a great deal of common sense, is a hard worker, will do his homework (will study specific reference material), very conscientious, and detail oriented. (all while maintaining social distancing, after all I am a traveler) Having left Colorado weeks ago and traveled several more thousand miles,I'm happy and relieved to report that the bike is rock solid! Their service team and techs are top-notch, and the custom work came back looking completely factory-done. Pricing was fair as well. I later consigned a bike through them, and they were quick to get the listing online, kept me updated throughout the process, and handled negotiations professionally. The sales staff was consistently friendly and attentive, and I even ended up finding a bike there for a friend who also had a great experience. Since then, I've gone back for advice on another bike I was considering consigning, and they were generous with their time and knowledge. I wanted to leave this review because I was genuinely surprised their rating wasn't higher when I looked them up again. I've owned quite a few motorcycles over the years and have worked with dealers all across the city. None have been as consistently pleasant and professional to deal with, including their European-brand neighbor. If they have a bike you want, you'll be treated right.

I…read morefirst came in knowing I would be getting a bike soon and Davis talked with me for a long time and definitely let me know the benefits of Yamaha and each bike but with no pressure and not trying to upsell a beginner. I even said I was going to check out the Ktm dealer and he told me the plusses and minuses of those and I found his info unbiased which I appreciate from anyone selling you something. Anyways, I ended up buying a used bike in Denver, so I brought it in to these guys to change the jet and look the bike over They ended up doing that, changing the fork seals (which definitely were leaking), and replacing the oil, for a good price but more impressively all three guys stayed over 45 minutes late on their Friday in order to get it done, so I could ride all weekend. I didn't even press them, they just got it done cause they could tell I was pumped to get out there and practice. I've never had better service at a garage or a dealership and I haven't even bought a vehicle from them yet. Because of these guys im having fun tomorrow. Thanks again Oh yeah they do certified vin inspections for around twenty bucks too if you need your trailer inspected before getting license plates, state patrol only does it once a month, might help someone else out there
