They used to vacuum the pool bottom, then just stopped doing it. Although their price was extremely competitive, they randomly raised their price by over 25% without any notice or explanation. Nobody answers the phone when you call and it may take days for a return call (I realize the hurricane may have backed them up, but how hard is it to return a call)? When I recently advised them to cancel my service at the end of the month (prepaid monthly), they just stopped servicing in the middle of the month! Imagine my surprise coming back to town and finding a green/yellow pool! That's not acceptable, but justified my decision even more.

The entire time I never knew what was happening since they refused to communicate with me.. they finally finished but after that I set up a weekly cleaning and over the last 4 years they have without any warning, canceled my service and stopped coming for no reason at all even though they cash my checks and I have had to get my pool fully serviced by another company numerous times bc they let it get all green and moldy.. now their phone has been off the hook for the last few weeks and they never contacted me after hurricane Ian and have just left a 5 year customer hanging yet AGAIN.. they are the worst and Damien should be ashamed of himself for running such a horrible company and all his manager should be fired

To keep it short, lots of delays, installed a different heater than I was told would be installed, they were not interested in helping me set-up the app to run the unit and the electrical panel they installed is causing the pump system to not work. They couldn't get paid fast enough and now are not supportive in getting the system running. Paid a lot of money for low service, poor communication and a money-hungry collection process.
