I was told by sales rep that my pool would be covered with plastic to keep debris out. They ripped the plastic, and then when removing the plastic, they ripped off the plastic that was still attached to the side of the pool and dumped every bit of the concrete dust, epoxy flakes, plastic and tape in the pool. The way they left my property was completely unacceptable. I have over six hours this weekend scooping out the mess by hand with a pool net, and still have several hours left. I have dragged over 200 pounds of debris from the pool and I am not done yet. I added a new pool system last year and can not afford to pay for someone to come and clean it out. I am a 71-year-old widow with two knee replacements on a fixed income and am doing my best to keep my property up. For a company working around pools, I expected them to not only know better and take basic measures to avoid contaminating the water as promised. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend them unless you want to add a lot of extra cleanup to your pool deck project.
