Excessive charges and poor communication. I brought in my cats to have their ears checked for infection. They only examined one cat I had to call back to clarify. They charged for 2 ear exams ($107) and additionally for a complete exam of both ($200) They charged an urgent care fee ($70) for a situation that wasn't urgent , I could have waited a couple days for an appointment and it was nearly 4 hours before they were finished. I was correct about the ear infection and no other issues. They sold me 5 ml Ofloxacin Otic($80). Later I found a 10ml bottle available on chewy .com for only $14. I asked to have the $70 urgent care fee removed from my bill but they refused. If I had been able to purchased the ear drops without a prescription I could have dealt with the whole issue for $14. My final cost was $450. Apparently inflating the bill is their standard practice.

We have used Alpine for years. We are happy with the care they give our Alaskan Malamutes.

Got our very sick dog in on a Sunday. Were kind and thorough. We would definitely recommend for general and emergencies.

Love Tucker Road animal Hospital! They always find time for…read moremy silky terriers if they get into trouble, which is often, whether ingesting something they shouldn't have or just a nail trim. They are expensive, but that comes with good service.

She tried to charge me over almost 2 times the amount I was quoted when making the appointment and then was extremely nasty about it. The blond at this reception desk on 6-12-26 @ 4:20 was rude, disrespectful. immature, unprofessional and was completely void of any customer service skills and business ethics. I finally told her to stop getting smart with me and she said. "You did it first!" She believed because they gave me wrong information this was just miscommunication and I should be responsible for paying 3 times the amount quoted for the visit. She reminded me of a 12 year old without any common sense, who was just caught in a lie that she figured she could bully her way out of. I suspect she could have been the one that gave me the wrong information on the phone. I won't be subjected myself to that type of bratty behavior when there are other options. Before booking this appointment I called around and they were a little cheaper, but obviously it was just a bait and switch situation to get you in the door. I usually give my own vaccines but after being quoted a lower price for the exams that included getting the vaccinations during the visit, I went with the lower price that included vaccines despite having vaccines in my refrigerator. when I booked the appointment I confirmed with the person that I was understanding it correctly no less than 2 times because it did not make sense to me. Well, it turns out it's because she had it wrong and then they want the customer to pay for their mistake, If I get a full and sincere apology and this is made right, I am happy to remove this review. What I would really like to see is the employees take a course on business ethics. I'm just shocked that they didn't not care about customer service.

I was visiting from out of town for my wedding and my (baddd) dog decided to eat a bunch of gravel…read moreat our AirBnb unbeknownst to us! We had to spend the day after our wedding at the emergency vet while she basically became a dog version of an asphalt paver. The emergency vet was encouraged she had passed enough to avoid surgery, but wanted a follow up x-ray done the next day. So we extended our stay a day and I woke up first thing on Monday to call multiple vets in the area at 8am and was denied over and over and over saying "oh our doctors don't typically like to take on cases that they don't know" HUH? Then I called Arrowleaf and Kylie answered with compassion, humor, and empathy to our situation. They were able to get us in same day and Dr. Morelos took the time to go over her previous "issues" (she's had a lot) and discuss some options to present to our vet back at home, while also assuring us that our dog's x-rays look good and we can travel back the next day. Thankfully our dog is fine and has since passed the remaining rocks, but I am so grateful for places like this to help when you aren't home and things can feel a bit stressful! So thank you!

One call to Kylie at 11AM, and they immediately made space in their schedule to examine him. Dr. Johnson's thoroughness and compassion stood out yet again. She took her time examining Dapper, working diligently to pinpoint the source of his discomfort and develop the right treatment plan. But what truly sets this clinic apart is how the entire staff treats their four-legged patients. They don't just care for Dapper - they genuinely adore him, greeting him like an old friend every time we visit. To Dr. Johnson and her exceptional team: thank you for being there when we needed you, and for treating my furry companion with such warmth and expertise. You've shown once again why you're more than just a vet clinic - you're partners in keeping our pets healthy and happy.
