I felt like it was all about money, not helping people or caring about people. After I finished the program I was told to stay under 1200 calories per day and if I gained 2 lbs I should just eat healthy the next day and my weight would go back down to the "set point". There didn't seem to be any other help to keep the weight off and I was scared to call them again because I thought they would charge me more $$ for some program to get me back to my goal weight. Well, needless to say I gained the 20 lbs back within 10 months. The employees were nice and friendly but just seemed to be telling me stuff they were told to say. There is no help from a doctor. They said he just reads the file on me and I would see him if there were any problems. Funny story about the rude saleslady......I had originally scheduled an appointment then I had to call the day before to cancel. The next day, at my original appointment time, I got a voicemail asking if I needed help with directions or if I was on my way there. I called back and said I had spoke to someone the day before and cancelled. The person I spoke to did not take me off the schedule. (Although he was very nice he was always overwhelmed answering calls and helping people with their appointment.) The next time I had my appointment scheduled they called me in the morning and asked if I could come earlier. It was the saleslady on the phone and she started the conversation with "Are you planning to come to your appointment today?" Uh, yes. When I had my appointment with her that day she was cold, unfriendly, fake and seemed mad that I had not shown for my previous appointment.
