I went in for some labs & didn't realize until I finally got my bill from Blue Cross how many labs were run. Weird labs never heard of. This was supposed to be a Wellness visit.. nope run as a diagnostic. I decided to go somewhere else before the physical because I was tired of spending so much money & still didn't know what was wrong with me. They wouldn't give me my lab results!!! Finally asked the lab themselves & got the results. Went to a St. Al's practice ( who btw gave me my results, didn't charge me through the roof & gave me a physical within a month). East To West finally did share my lab results, but 6 months later ! The only saving grace .. in my opinion is Becca . The coding, practice.. everything is just shady.

This dermatology clinic is right down the road from me so I took it as a sign to come here to establish a relationship with someone who can properly help me with the care of my skin. The staff here are so friendly. The sweet receptionist got me all check in and gave me my proper paperwork to fill out. I only waited a couple minutes before Ashley Cafferty greeted me and walked me back to my exam room. Ashley and I went through my medical history, my transplant timeline and my relationship with the sun. I appreciate that she took in everything that I was throwing at her. She didn't rush me and everything that I had to tell her. Her attention was truly undivided. Ashley did a thorough exam of my skin. She checked every mole to make sure they weren't suspicious for anything concerning. We also went through my dry skin concerns and possible treatment options to help alleviate some of the dryness. It is quite the awkward situation, having someone you just barely met go through every inch of your body but Ashley made me feel comfortable the whole time. I couldn't be happier coming to this office to get my relationship with a dermatologist started. The staff is great. The office itself is stunning. The room I was in was clean and professional. I don't have to be back for another year but I'll know what to expect the next time I do come in. It was a great visit at this office today.

To give the office another chance as it is less than 5 minutes from my home, I took my teenager to their office for acne and requested her PA, Sammy Verner. LOVED her. It was a much more pleasant experience. She was friendly and explained things well, and, at the follow up, she adjusted the medication as needed, too. I would go back to this office, but only if I can see Sammy.

I have encountered this ludicrous practice only in Boise - this is the second business to do so. I would never do business with someone who puts money first. Why not trust people. If someone doesn't show up, charge them. Don't insult people by charging upfront. I'm so disappointed.

They are the worst, and have been since this clinic location opened. This is not a new problem, these 3 women are consistently dismissive, rude, and look like they'd rather be anywhere else. They are completely unhelpful, and visibly annoyed whenever you ask them to actually do their job. It's a shame to have the actual worst front desk staff in all of the treasure valley at a clinic with actual good and needed providers.
