Pretty darned happy. My hormones were all askew. Some too high others too low or nonexistent. I had just come off of five years of an inordinate amount of daily and normally what should be, once in a lifetime stress inducers. Once I was on the other side of the journey, I decided I needed to focus on myself and regaining my healthy weight, recapture sleeping through the night without medication and re-harness my normally high energy levels. I was a patient here for two years. There is no consistency with any of the staff, front desk included which speaks volumes about the management. The last straw for me was regarding lab work with one of the new nurses and wanting to get my pellets before I went on vacation. The testosterone labs weren't in yet so I just wanted my estradiol pellets to not experience a hormone crash while I was out of the state on vacation. They wouldn't schedule me to come in until testosterone labs came back which would be after I left on vacation. I just wanted estradiol which we had the new lab results in for. I did my labs thru my insurance provider which I think was a problem for them because they couldn't make $ off of the service. There are better managed BHRT clinics out there, I would pass on this one. read more

The quality of care has gone down significantly in the past year. High turnover and the new "doctor" is terrible at inserting the hormone pellets. Unfriendly and unprofessional. She doesn't like it when you ask questions and or question the correct hormone ranges. I recently had pellets inserted and for some reason, I don't feel that they are working this time. No difference and my symptoms of menopause are back. I will be looking elsewhere for a new doctor. What a waste of $600. read more

The quality of care you get here is above and beyond a typical doctors office. All the girls are so knowledgeable and caring and take their time to answer all your questions. I definitely recommend going here for all your hormones and weight loss needs. read more

I was going to give a 2-star review but would like to revise my posting due to their acknowledgment and remedy of the situation. I truly appreciate their attention to the matter. I want to start off by saying the staff was very nice and did hear me out on this but I want to forewarn people that they will charge you $150 just for a 30 min. conversation with their DNP (who was still lovely). I went in for an initial consultation to get information on their process, products, pricing, and if it might be a good fit. I left with a few sheets of information on their products and was charged $150. I get that there might be a consultation fee but many places offer that for free before you move forward. I was expecting maybe $50. I bet their services are top-notch! read more

This clinic is a game changer. I moved from Salt Lake and was having a plethora of issues that were so complex to deal with in the naturopath and traditional medical systems I'd given up. I found this practice in Meridian and was able to discover within a week through blood tests that all my hormone levels were nearly flatlined and was able to get them addressed immediately through natural means. Drove over four hours for an appointment to see if they could help with my menopause symptoms and sleep and also weight. We had a good appointment I thought. However kind of felt like the "provider" was guessing about what she should give me. I had had over $1700 worth of blood work done for them prior to my appointment, so I assumed they knew what they were doing. My mistake. I was having issues with one or all of the shots/pills but the assumption was that it was the testosterone shot according to the receptionist. During my call with concerns the receptionist first told me to up the dosage of the testosterone that was her experience and that I needed to give it more time. I told her its been a month and now I'm experiencing a lot of emotions she then said maybe I should talk to the provider and she would see if shes available. The provider answered and I told her what I was experiencing she told me to completely go off of everything and then said no go off of testosterone and up the dosage of the progesterone and they would send me water pills. Well when i got the prescription for the water pills it is a diuretic but it is also used for high blood pressure and heart failure. I am already on high blood pressure medicine. I knew better then to take it but have lost all faith in them. I feel like I truly was a lab rat for them, all they really wanted was my money which was over $400 all said and done not including the $1700 for blood work which they wanted me to do it again two months after initial appointment with a follow up call. Noone has ever called to see how I was doing. The receptionist gives advise prior to letting you talk to the "provider " and she makes you feel like you should know what is going on and your stupid. Other then now having blood work results I have never had done before this was a total waste of money. I went with my sister and she had worse experiences then I did and was also made to feel stupid, was yelled at and feels the same as i do about the experience! They never once said we would experience mental breakdowns, increased anxiety and over all feeling of failure! I recommend that anyone debating on using this group NOT!!!! They don't know what they are doing and they treat you very poorly. Hard and very expensive lesson learned! Now I'm starting back from scratch! read more

No one wears masks that works there, clearly they don't take health seriously. It's quite disturbing that their staff isn't required to wear masks. People are losing their lives during this pandemic. The virus is airborne why would a health facility put everyone at risk? It's very easy to wear a mask I can only imagine the other corners they're cutting that we can't see. read more

This has been the worst experience and the office/provider have been absolutely NO help! I drove three hours to go to this appointment, was prescribed testosterone shots, estrodiol, and progesterone. Within ten days I had gained 7 pounds and felt like the world was caving in on me. I was so low, I had never experienced this before. I called the clinic and they said stop taking the estrodiol, don't worry about the weight gain, we will give you a water pill and double the progesterone. Within days I was worse. I called again. I asked why no one prepared me for feeling so depressed. They said I should know that this could be a side affect. Melody was yelling at me at one point saying it was my fault that I didn't know there would be these side affects! She calmed down, told me she had had a similar experience and I asked why wouldn't you tell me this could happen? She, again, said "I should have known there would be side affects, this takes time and I should just hang in there?" I told her it was the first time in my life I was considering suicide! She said nothing, other than that I should have done the research. I told her this was a complete waste of money. I asked that there be no prescriptions auto refilled. Mel said, "we never, never, never do that. You won't have anything refilled." Well ... Melody! Today my pharmacy called to tell me the estrodiol was refilled and waiting for me. I called and talked to Amanda who told me it was my fault and that is how I set it up - I did this prescription through their office, their provider. No where did I say - auto refill!! Amanda called the pharmacy and stopped the refill. I asked why it wasn't done last week when I called and talked to Mel - she just simply said "I took care of it, you are welcome." This company is FULL OF CRAP! DON'T TRUST THEM!! They are in it for your money and not your well being! They don't care about you and there is zero support if things go wrong! read more

I have been a patient of this clinic for several years, and a very satisfied patient. However, this week I had an unacceptable experience. Personally, I've been in the healthcare field for over 45 years and I managed a staff of 15 physicians for the most recent years of my career. In my experience, communication is frequently the most troublesome. And this week, I experienced the absolute worst communication from this team I have ever experienced from any clinic. Leo, who only identified himself as the owner of the clinic after requested, definitely reflected poor communication skills, being entirely unaware of the situation and the facts of the case and blindly stumbling into a call - I must say his communication certainly has trickled down through the staff at this clinic. Having taken many calls, from unhappy patients, I know from experience - that the first line of information is knowing the history and status of the call and working with the patient to determine if the issue can be resolved. I will be the first to say that the 'customer ISN'T always right'............but having enough facts to determine where the problem is occuring is absolutely required. Something Leo nor his staff did. While I had excellent service for several years, the service this week was beyond tolerable. I recommend you exercise caution and gather all of your facts when communicating with any team member of this clinic. read more
