Every time, I had to call 3-4 times to get anyone to "talk to the doctor" for my refill, and weeks (literally, WEEKS!) would go by! Unfortunately, my overall experience at the office has been negatively impacted by one of the older medical assistants. This isn't my first experience with her, and the pattern has been consistent. Not only is she pushy, but she often seems frazzled and frantic, especially when multiple patients are present. It gives the impression of disorganization and creates an environment that feels rushed and uncomfortable rather than calm and professional.In general, she comes across as unprofessional and overly forceful. The way she speaks to both patients and other staff members feels undermining and uncomfortable to witness, which does not reflect well on the office as a whole. What concerned me most was hearing her openly discuss other patients within earshot of the lobby. That lack of discretion regarding patient privacy felt extremely inappropriate. I value Dr. Gunderson and the care he provides, but this employee's behavior has significantly affected my experience. If this continues, it would honestly be the reason I choose to leave the office, which is unfortunate because the provider himself is great. However, she has heard quite a bit about Jennifer's marriage problems, which is completely inappropriate for a therapeutic setting. Another major concern is that Jennifer has discussed other clients and their personal situations by name. My daughter even recognized one of the individuals mentioned. This appears to be a serious violation of patient privacy. Because of these issues, I will be canceling services immediately. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. The therapist appears to have significant boundary issues that make this environment inappropriate for clients.

According to research published in Environment & Health, these bits of plastic -- from 1 to 62 micrometers long -- are present in the filtered solutions used for medical intravenous (IV) infusions.. so enjoy if you dare! This was one of the reasons I cancelled my membership. While getting red light therapy, the room where you do it in also doesn't have a privacy lock, something to worry about when you're undressing. Oh and if you get their B12 shot, you may experience headaches from the sudden high vitamin concentration. To top it off, some reviewers have received $25 in credits for leaving a review, so don't believe every good review you see here or on Google. The owner is also hardly ever on site and is unresponsive to emails.
