We finally stopped using this doctor's office in 2022. We are happier and satisfied with our new choice. The two final straws for us was in Dec. 2020 when I brought in my son's father/my ex-husband for a check up and a review of a hospital stay he had. By this time this office had known us for over 9 years. My ex-husband was having some kind of psychotic break down (he spent six days in the hospital) - I really needed some kind of direction in which way to go to get him help. The hospital was a temporary fix but our family doctor should be able to steer us in a helpful direction - I thought. What I was told from the head doctor was "He is harmless and there should not be any violence with his condition." That was it - I was at a loss with no way to help but be assured this office collected their copay but gave me no further information on a way to help my son's father/my ex-husband. We went home and I searched this entire county for help for him. 5 weeks later in Jan 2021 - my son's father/my ex-husband shot himself in the head. So much for - "He is harmless and there should not be any violence with his condition." By May of 2022 - I had lost 30 lbs (which is about 25% of my body weight) dealing with the repercussions of the above paragraph, probate, protecting my son from as much of the harshness of his father's death as I could and my own grief while still working to support us. With the weight loss I was experiencing "Great" GI issues. I was not able to eat, sleep and I was in a great deal of pain. I had diarrhea for about three weeks and I knew my weight would keep dropping. This office was useless and had no companion. On one visit I was given a prescription for a pill and sent home and the next visit they told me to go to the ER. They knew what happened with my son's father/my ex-husband, they knew what I was going through and not one time did they step out of the 15 minute visit protocol and assist me. I will say the the NP did act like she was at a loss and she did go talk to a doctor on the second visit and they told her to "Write her another prescription and sent her on her way or tell her to go to the ER." I ended up going to the ER 9 times in 45 days, Urgent Care twice and a GI specialist twice. My body had just had it. Finally it was the second Urgent Care visit that helped me - The doctor sat with me and explained what was happening in my body with all the information I gave her - She gave me two prescriptions - an eight week plan for healing my GI system - then a plan to regain my weight. It was a long recovery but we made it. I was worried about my son and his welfare the entire time which did not lower the stress/acid that was eating me alive but again we got through it. That doctor was a life saver and I would have followed her anywhere if I could but she did not have a practice, she was an urgent care doctor. Sorry, for the long explanation. But I do want to let you know that their are doctors out there that will take the time and look for a solution. We have found a new doctor and have moved forward. I would not recommend Sierra Nevada Wellness. They are inconsiderate, dismissive and only care about the numbers on their spread sheets. They do not care about their patient's or the repercussions of their lack of action. They do not take the time to really be a medical facility. It is strictly numbers for them. We love Autumn Gardner. She is sooo easy to talk to, personable, and genuinely nice. You can tell she's a mama, and makes you feel so comfortable with your kiddos. Every time we've seen her, we leave happy. Twice, I've needed a referral and she's made sure they've contacted me within the week. The building itself is so dirty. Paint is chipped, literally dust bunnies everywhere you look, and just old and beat up. I'm not sure if they rent, but major work needs to be done here. A cleaning company every other night would make a hugeeeee difference. It honestly just seems unsanitary. The staff is wonderful and so nice, but this place really needs to be cleaned up. read more

This was a good doctor's office a decade ago. Now you only see nurse practitioners or physicians assistants This might be good for minor aches and pains but not for good healthcare 1, I went here for migraines and they put me on vicodin 2 Lab report came back with a high a1c and i was told "your sugar is a little high. Take these vitamins and this pill. Turned out when i landed in the ER i was a full blown diabetic 3 Went here for a follow up on neck back pain from urgent care and was told i had a pinched nerve and to sleep with a rolled up towel under my pillow. Found out from a real doctor i have degenerative disc disease and my C5 vertebrae has aged 20 years more than the rest of me Bottom line is this place is potentially dangerous for your health. If i had not decided to seek real health care I could have died a few months ago. I'm just racked with pain from my spine and the beetus and it all could have been avoided had they done their jobs Avoid them like the plague they are. The life you save could be your own read more

I had to get a referral after testing and they never sent my referral or had records that I needed one even after telling me about it at a follow up appointment. Lisa Carnes has terrible bedside manners. She never called me back even after speaking to office staff for a call back multiple times about needing her to send the referral. I had to seek out my own specialist and have my medical records sent there. All in a waited 2 months between getting told I needed to be referred and actually getting to even make an appointment with the specialist. I still have not been seen by the specialist due to how long the wait time is on appointments. Again, AVOID THIS DOCTORS OFFICE!!! read more

I've been going to this office for over twenty years when Jay Chamberlain was there. He retired years ago and I stayed. Rarely needing anything more than annual lab slips and prescriptions. Never for anything serious. But, now I've changed doctors. I went in to get a refill prescription for some cough medicine with codeine and was told they would not write it for me. Why, I asked. "We just don't write prescriptions for that." Well, you wrote the original one, and showed them the half empty bottle with a previous PA's name as having written the script. They continued to refuse. I go to the doctor to get medicine. When they refuse to give it to me, I'll go somewhere else. And I did, and I got my cough medicine script. As I think about this experience, I feel like they just don't really care anymore. All the long time front office employees are gone, having moved on to better jobs. So, I've moved on as well, to a new practice who has no trouble meeting my simple medical needs. read more

I see two different providers here, Savannah for laser and Deann for health issues. I have had zero of the problems others have stated. I can almost always get in the same day for health issues. Deann listens, takes her time and is just an all around caring person. Savannah is absolutely amazing with laser. The treatments are super effective, but not painful. Her laser is awesome and has a cold air setting which makes the treatments much more comfortable. I just keep adding on to my laser package each time she runs a special (which are GREAT DEALS by the way!). The front office is warm and friendly every time. Sometimes there is a line to get checked in, but it goes fast. I have not seen either of the MDs here yet. No need since the PA is so good. read more

Relocated to Reno and did a google search for doctors offices as I needed a new primary. As a new patient, I have been in twice and both times they have said I was an hour early. When I schedule an appointment, I immediately put it in my phone and I receive a reminder via emails from the doctors office confirming the day and time. People who work for a living count on these apartments and it definitely messes up the day and work life for those. Disappointed in there front desk staff who make schedules. They burned me. Literal black patches and scabs on my skin. Prior to this visit, I'd had 12+ treatments with Brooke at SNWC. I have olive skin and resistant hair and had seen steady progress - my hair is much finer, softer, patchier, and slower to grow than before and I know it will take a long time to safely, permanently remove all of it. I'd gotten notice that Brooke left in February, but I still had one treatment that I'd paid for and the first time I met her, Sara seemed fine. Apart from talking some smack about Brooke, she was professional and my experience with the treatment was similar to what I'd experienced before - rubber-band snap pain and some more acute discomfort in sensitive areas. This Wednesday, I had a lunchtime appointment. Sara started with my underarms and it was so painful it took my breath away. She also forgot to give me safety goggles until I prompted her. Once we started my bikini, I had to stop her, it was so incredibly painful. I've had electrolysis all over my face - an electrified needle inserted into every hair follicle until they just stopped growing - which is usually much more painful than laser, but this treatment was different. That's when Sara told me she'd turned the settings way up because she wanted me to have a good result. Don't you think that's something you should talk with a client about before they're naked and in a lot of pain? Anyway, I told her to finish up so that we could discuss afterwards. The settings were still too high and it was very painful, but she assured me that it was safe. Afterwards, we talked. She apologized multiple times, but insisted that she hadn't burnt my skin, that we were nowhere near "her settings" and that she'd done three treatments and all her hair was gone. Intimidation 101, trying to make me feel like a wuss. She said to take some ibuprofen and use lidocaine cream next time. I've used that cream before and asked her if I should cover it in saran wrap and how long to leave it on. She had no experience with it. (!!!) Anyway, the bigger issue is that my skin is a lot darker than hers, and everyone is different, but those points seemed lost on her. She sent me home with an ice pack, and ibuprofen got me through the rest of the day, but it was very painful. Sure enough, the next morning, there were charred patches of skin and scabs, nothing I'd experienced before. I called the office and spoke with the receptionist to tell her what had happened and asked her to inform Sara's manager. That was at 7:30am on Thursday. Here it is, Saturday morning, and I haven't heard a peep from them. No call to see how I'm doing, no aftercare guidance, no nothing. I'm sure it'll heal, but it's still so painful that I am unable to wear underwear. They say I have two more sessions I've paid for, but I don't. I'm not surprised they keep bad records, and I won't be going back. I'm going to write a letter or email to them, just in case the receptionist threw out my message, but I don't expect to hear back. That's just how they do business I guess. Don't go there if you like having skin. read more

Dr. Joe Johnson is a insensitive, arrogant person who thinks he's a psychologist (he's not) and it's obvious he has never read my personal medical history. Usually it takes 3 phone calls to the office to request a prescription refill - I made a request on Thursday morning, after not hearing back I called again on Friday afternoon where I'm placed on hold for several minutes only to be told that my request went ignored the day before and they'll put the request today to Dr. Johnson- it's now Friday at 5:50 p.m. and guess what? No call back. So, I'll have to call on Monday (3rd call) again and pester them for a medication that I needed days ago. It is so FRUSTRATING and the thing is I've been dealing with this since 2006, Why have I stayed there for so long? Because I've been too busy to look for another doctor and I really like dDoug Starley, N.P. who recently left the practice. This office now bills itself as a "wellness center" but I have inquired a few times about weight loss programs and the front office staff act like they could care less and don't ever give me information. They label and sell their own vitamins and diet junk food (shakes mix with sugar and protein bars). My teen son had a slight deficiency of vitamin D so the doctor and front office staff pushed hard for us to buy their brand of vitamin D saying it was what would make him better - what a racket. Forget trying to get an sick visit appointment in a timely manner - they'll tell you to go to urgent care before trying to fit you in, unless of course you want an appointment for botox. They don't care about their patients and the staff is not efficient. Don't give this practice your business. They don't deserve it!! read more

I have had Dr. Johnson as my primary Dr. for about 2 years and although Dr. Johnson is a very good Dr. it is now taking up to 6 weeks to be able to see him. I had an ear ache I went in and saw a Physician Assistant, I also said that there was a couple of other things I needed to talk to her about. They said if she has time but otherwise I would have to make another appointment. Turns out I had strep throat and a really bad infection in my ears and sinuses. She gave me an antibiotic, a week later I still was not feeling well saw her again, said my ear and sinuses were still bad, told me to take Zyrtec, said I probably had allergies. Took it for two weeks and it didn't work. Finally had to go to Urgent Care. I now have to wait till the end of August to see Dr. Johnson to talk about a med I'm on. Seriously one of the worst run clinics I have ever been to. Calls are never answered, even when made multiple times. You can't leave a message with a nurse or anyone but the 'on call doctor' and we all know that's for emergencies. I physically went into the office to request my anti depressants refill because my pharmacy had not heard from them and I couldn't get through by phone. They said they'd jump on it immediately and get it taken care of. I go to my pharmacy this afternoon and there's nothing there - they never sent in the script. I tried calling again - no response. I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal, to be redeemed at Sierra Nevada Wellness. I've never had this procedure before, but I did my research and found a variety of great Yelp reviews, so I was sold. When I called to make an appointment, I was connected with Brooke, the laser hair removal technician. She was super nice, and explained the procedure, and told me how to prepare for our first visit. I arrived a little early and checked in, and Brooke called me right away. She was immediately cheerful and friendly. The room was spotless, and the procedure was very quick (I'm having my underarms done). Brooke explained everything she was doing, warned me when things might be uncomfortable, and kept a nice light conversation going. Before I knew it, it was over! No pain! We walked out to schedule our next appointment (the Groupon is for 6 treatments - all on the same area), and chatted about other laser hair removal services they offer. I use a fair amount of Groupons and LivingSocial deals, and sometimes feel like the business owers are annoyed because I'm not paying full price, or I get treated like a less important customer than others. I didn't feel like that AT ALL here. From our first phone call, to my appointment check-in, and to my interactions with Brooke, I felt appreciated. She told me that the doctor who runs the practice (Sierra Nevada Wellness is also a doctor's office) offers lots of Groupons and other specials on laser hair removal packages, so she put me on an email list to keep me updated. It's been about a month since my first treatment (they are scheduled 6 weeks apart), and I'm already noticing improvement, with five treatments left to go! I have called in the past and they would put me on hold for a long time me thinking they are busy so I completely understand but today when I was in the office I kept watching them put people on hold as they would continue with a conversation they would be having. I started seeing Dr. Johnson because we had recently moved to the area and he was referred to me by one of my daughters teachers. I brought with me a 3 inch binder of medical records that he couldn't take the time to even be bothered to look at. In those medical records were previous labs, MRI reports and notes from every doctor I have seen in the last four years. He would ask me questions and I would answer them very honestly and upfront. I would ask him questions and try to talk to him about things that were in my records and things that I know needed to be addressed and the only thing that this man knew how to do was run his own labs, come up with his own conjectures as to why I am chronically ill, listen to my back, feel my neck, and ignore every question I ever asked him. I asked him, specifically, to run labs to diagnose another active Epstein-Barr viral infection. He didn't even acknowledge my asking him to do so. When I say ignore every question I ever asked him, I mean that in the most literal of ways. The only thing he ever wanted to do was sell me overpriced vitamins from his own collection and other healthcare products that he carries. This man has no "doctor" left in him if he ever had any. He has no desire to actually diagnose a real illness. He has no desire to actually make a tough call. He wants to be, what I call a pretend doctor, one that only takes on the easy cases of sniffles and the occasional flu. He has no desire to do any research or read any medical journals or do any REAL work. Now I have a letter saying that because I didn't communicate with him he's giving me 30 days to find another physician. Well, too late. I already took the steps in driving the 5 1/2 hours one way to my old physician in the neighborhood where I used to live. I will continue doing so until I can find a doctor in Reno who actually wants to do the job of the physician. A healer. A researcher. BTW... My old doctor, the one I'm now back to seeing, ran that EBV titers and found out that that is what is wrong with me right now. I FINALLY found out why I have been so exhausted the last few months. It came back positive for an active infection. It's causing all sorts of other problems in my system. It's why Dr. Johnson mumbled under his breath that I am "quite the puzzle" and I'm glad not to be going back there again. I wouldn't take my pets to this physician. I moved to Reno 5 months ago and was referred to Dr. Johnson by people at my church. I set up an appointment because I needed to receive my depo shot or else I would experience very debilitating cycles. Not only was he 2 hours late to the appointment, but he then proceeded to inform me that despite having allowed me to set up an appointment, that his office did not carry the depo shot and that I would have to come back another day... He then proceeded to lift up my shirt without warning (I noted on my paperwork that I was a survivor of sexual assault) and poke around at my back and stomach with his fingers. He didn't bother to check my breathing like most doctors, he just checked for moles... Ok? Then he wanted me to get tested for a whole bunch of labs that I didn't need. My second and last visit was even more awkward. He AGAIN, checked for moles and did not check any other routine things. He also had me do a regular breast exam.... After which, he told me I had some cysts on my breasts and I needed to lay off the caffeine. Guys, I drink caffeine MAYBE once every couple of months... So after all this information about by breasts, he doesn't even order a mammogram! That ticked me off. If he was concerned he should have ordered further testing rather than rely on his hands all over my breasts... Finally, after that appointment I go out to the office to check out and they tell me that I have a balance that i need to pay and that they've mailed me a statement 3 times in the past 3 months. Umm let me just say that they NEVER mailed me a statement and they NEVER called me about it. After all of that, I talked to my mom about contacting the insurance company to switch doctors (I'm 21 and going to school and I still live at home). The insurance company knew doctor Johnson and they told us that we were making a good decision to switch to a new doctor. If that doesn't speak volumes about this place, i don't know what does. Thankfully, I am now seeing a new primary care physician who is a respectful, knowledgeable, and cooperating FEMALE. My nurses are great, the office staff is helpful, and the doctor is very accommodating. Please don't waste your time at Sierra Nevada Wellness. read more

Just had my first Laser Tattoo Removal session that I bought in Groupon. As many people have mentioned before, scheduling your first appointment is tough. You call and leave a message and hope someone calls you back. My first session did get rescheduled but they did call me 24hours in advance and got me rescheduled very quickly. My first session was with Yesenia. She was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect pain wise. Was way more painful than I had originally expected. However, 24hours later and I'm already seeing a major difference in my tattoo! Very excited to go back for another session. read more

There were several good reviews around the web and he took my insurance, and there's not very many doctors accepting new patients in the area. Unfortunately, even after arriving 30 minutes ahead of the appointment to fill out paperwork, etc., I _STILL_ had to wait in the exam room for an additional hour. The doctor never showed up. No one bothered to check in with me to let me know how things were progressing or apologize for the delay. I finally got fed-up and left. Apparently, my time is not important to Dr. Johnson. The front desk staff was unapologetic and expressed no empathy whatsoever. I was angry enough to not want to waste another second trying to get my stupid copay back. I have a tattoo that I am getting removed and have had more "treatments" than I care to try and count. The staff are all friendly and courteous. I have now had 4 different people working on my tattoo and their styles vary. I have some that go with a lower power and slowly cover the area to ensure that they are getting it all. While others go higher power and brush over the area. The last treatment went so quickly, that I actually took the time to check to see if they even hit certain areas, which they did, but the tech went ahead and did a few more spots just to be sure for themselves. That being said, they are very safety conscious and always make sure that I have goggles on. I have been offered ice packs from time to time, but I usually do not need them. The frustrating part of this is that when I first started I was told treatments were every 4 weeks, then 6 weeks, now 8 weeks and there appears to be several more treatments needed with no estimate on when I can stop... read more

Dr. Johnson is an amazing doctor! He listens to his patients and is very willing to try new things and think outside of the box. I feel like when I have my mind made up about a treatment he stands beside me and supports me with a very watchful yet optimistic approach. He was the only doctor who would listen to me and due to him actually listening he found my cancer and I have him to thank for my life. He is in my opinion one of the best doctors in northern Nevada. This practice is amazing. Called in the Am and was seen same day. I've recently moved to Sparks and have become a full time patient at this place. The staff is amazing. The ladies in the front office always have a big smile and are very helpful with any questions I have. I've always had an great experience with all the doctors I've had the chance to meet. Today I saw Dr.Johnson, he is the nicest most understanding doctor. I didn't feel rushed and he really took the time to understand what I had come in for. If i could not give a rating, I would. However, I give this rating specifically to the front desk. My family and I are patients and have been for about 4 years now. I have worked in the medical field for 5+ years now and have worked the front desk for most of them. When I am in contact with the front desk either by phone or in person, it's always an inconvenience. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctors office EVER. I have complained to the office manager several times, along with the APRN'S regarding this issue about the front desk, in particular, Dawn D. (My other family and friends have as well complained about this same issue) I have stated that she talks down to me, interrupts me and never let's me finish my question(s) etc. Nothing is ever fixed. I have other issues that have happened with the facility not having any record of them sending my child out for other related issues. I am saddened that they have not fixed the problem these past 4 years. I hope they fix it after this because I am now at a point where I will need to find other arrangements for my healthcare, which is unfortunate because I love 2 of the APRN's at this office. read more

I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal for this place earlier this year. Brooke, the laser technician, is a true professional. She has extensive training and is very knowledgeable, but also makes you feel extremely comfortable, explaining everything and helping you to manage what to expect. I had a previous unpleasant laser hair removal experience at a different center, so I was very nervous this experience would be similar. Brooke has always far exceeded my expectations. Her facilities are clean and well maintained. I would have given five stars, but the front reception staff can be rude at times. Arriving at my FOURTH appointment, they very rudely told me I'm expected to be there 10 min prior (because apparently 5 min early is unacceptable). Brooke apologized profusely, and it really is because of her that I will continue to get treatments there. I am very pleased with the results from my treatments, and would recommend Brooke to ANYONE...especially anybody who is nervous or shy about laser treatments. read more

I have been hunting for a doctor who understands hashimotos for ever! I have quite a few autoimmune issues, and has known my thyroid was acting up for a while, but because my thyroid levels swing from hypo to hyper so much no doc would diagnose me. I've been to so many doctors, and came away disappointed. After seeing 8 million specialists for all kinds of issues I knew the drill.... Get a referral, wait 3 months for an appointment, then more tests(all the same tests, over and over), then another appointment just to hear... Maybe you should go see this specialist. Then one day I was buying makeup at Mac, and the sales girl and I got to talking. She mentioned hashimotos, and my heart leapt. She told me about her doctor, and all the tests he ran on her (all the test I read about online that I could not get other doctors to run) she told me how they are treating the whole issue not just tsh. I forced myself to not jump over the counter to hug her. But instead I got the doctors info, ran to my car, and called them. Expecting the usual run around, but no! They can see me next week! And, I could fax over my older tests, so we could look at results faster! MIND BLOWN! Ok, so the appointment.... The office is clean and nice. The staff is friendly and efficient. I was a little nervous because they offer weight loss, chiropractic, tattoo removal, and laser hair removal.... Kind of waiting for them to try and sell me a bunch of stuff. The appointment times are pretty accurate, I usually only have to wait a few minutes to see my doc. The nurse calls me back and does check the usual stuff; weight, blood pressure, ect. Then in comes the provider. I see the PA Doug Starly, he's wonderful. He looks over all my tests and BOOM! A diagnosis... Hashimotos. Doug ordered more tests to look at other levels, but I walked away with medication to help this thing. He walked me thru what it is, and how they will treat it. I now have my hashimotos under control, and go every few months to make sure my numbers are in the right zone. I love this place!!! read more

So far I've called 5 times to schedule and all on the wrong days for scheduling laser hair removal. I finally called on the right day but they're at lunch. I'd like to suggest an online booking service like I use for my business. You should do nothing to deter clients and customers from getting in! They are only about 50 dollars a month. I use square up appointments and have used booker in the past. Clients love being able to book themselves with less mistakes because they are looking right at the calendar. I'm looking forward to trying this place once I get on their books! I've sent several hair/waxing clients here as I heard good things so now it's time to try for myself! Horrible. I have been a patient since 2003. Dr. Horgan was great, but since he retired the group is lacking horribly. The office manager, Terry is incompetent. The referrals clerk, Linda should be fired. She is rude and ignorant. Dr. Verma couldn't find my 13 cm goiter, he palpated my trachea instead. Hmm where do I begin??? First I will say the staff is friendly and accommodating. I will say that none of my medical issues were ever really addressed. All Mr. Joe Johnson wanted to do was sell me bogus vitamins and check for moles on my back. I actually think he gets off on looking at women's bras or backs or something because he wanted to check my back out every time I had an appointment that never had anything to do with moles. I had a total of 6 appointments over the past year. I walked out of there every time with some sort of vitamin that NEVER worked!! Please beware that it is a total scam. I'm sure he does a fine job removing tattoos on your back! If you want your tramp stamp removed he's the guy. read more

I used to come here close to 5 years ago as my doctor. However, when they lost their current Nurse Practioner who was a woman, they failed to hire another woman to replace her and I just didn't like the one time when I actually used a man for my exams. However, I have recently started going to get laser treatments done here and they are amazing! Brooke, the woman who does the laser treatments, is fabulous and is the reason I gave this place 4 stars. I can't really comment on their doctors as I don't go here anymore, but if you want laser treatment done, this is the place to go. Brooke makes you feel right at home as if you've done a million treatments even if this is your first one. I have considered getting more treatments done just to see Brooke! read more

Don't bother. I've been waiting a week for a return call. Autumn Gardner is competent but her personality is different every single time.

Both my husband and myself started going here when our nurse practitioner moved into the practice, so we followed her. Every single time I call they are rude. They are nice when we are in the office but the phone calls are awful. Turns out our nurse practitioner left, well, they never told us nor sent out a letter, nothing. I am trying to get refills, the pharmacy finally called me and told me the issues. I then call Sierra Wellness and all 3 times, just snotty and rude. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW OUR NP IS NOT THERE ANYMORE and you just ignore script refills? Now they refuse to refill unless we come in and meet the new person. I was told well its my own fault for not getting a refill. WHAT, left us high and dry with zero communication. I have to call back and wait 7-12 minutes to find out ANYTHING, the medical assistant was rude, they are just rude. This has been over a year of going to this practice. Even before they could not be bothered to tell us our NP was gone every time you call they are rude. I filed a complaint in Feb of 208 with the office manager, never heard a word. We will not be back and I cannot recommend them. Terrible communication and on the phone they are just awful, time and time again! read more

I have been going to Brooke for laser hair removal. 8 sessions so far... not even close to being done. But today's appointment topped the cake. Brooke waited for a late client while I was on time in the waiting room... only to find out that they changed my appointment to someone new, without even a phone call... Brooke was there knew this said nothing...in fact was rude, cause she came to get me (in fact thought, since I was the only person there)...only to be promptly dismissed. Then, I got a so called laser treatment...I should have probably felt something, but pretty sure today was a complete waste of my time. And now I can't go again for 6 weeks...and session #9 and counting. Beyond frustrated with rude, inconsiderate treatment and waste of my time...not sure why I even got undressed because I sure didn't get a laser treatment. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! read more
