Bought a Groupon. They immediately came in and didn't want to honor the posted price on Groupon. After 25 minutes of haggling the owner finally consented to do the work. They skipped half a dozen windows and several of the others were so streaked that they were worse than before the cleaning. After complaining that the job was poor, the owner agreed to send someone else out. After a week a new person came back out. Right as he was starting the job he accidentally slid his ladder across the front of my house leaving a long gouge (+10') in the siding. I told them to leave and never come back. They were hired to clean four sets of windows in an empty two bedroom apartment. First, their worker shows up and starts questioning the price quoted. Then he asks where the windows are. Really? He was told that the carpet cleaner was just behind him, so instead of working AHEAD of the carpet cleaner, he WAITS for the carpet cleaner and cleans the windows AFTER the carpet cleaner, walking and dripping on the newly cleaned carpets without a drop cloth. After 2 hours we had to leave him to his work because he still wasn't finished. When we came back, we saw that he had returned the windows upside-down. We asked him not to replace the screens because we were afraid they would be damaged. I would not hire these people again. read more

I'm glad I didn't read the Yelp reviews before I had Alpine Window Washing come to do my windows! I recently moved into a second story condo whose windows had not been washed in several years. I called Alpine, got an appointment within 2 weeks of my call. The worker was right on time and did an unbelievable job! It looks like there aren't any windows there! Felix even showed me how to work my windows and remove the screens. Without being asked, he took off his shoes before entering my home. The price quoted me in my initial call was the price I paid. If I could review Alpine window washing with no stars I would. The company does not show up for appts. I had a total of 3 appts set for them to come clean our windows. Alpine window cleaning did not show up for one appt!! Bad bad bad Evidently when I called another window cleaning company they knew all too well about Alpine window washing. I got called to reclean a house that Alpine Window *Washing had been to days prior. First of all, you should steer clear of anybody who calls themselves "Window Washers". It's Window *Cleaning. Second, I've never seen a place treated with such disrespect. High Windows done from the ground with a pole (Time saving effort that reduces the quality dramatically, I don't care who you are.. and just plain lazy!). Hard water looked like it had been attempted to be removed, but was reduced to someone's initials being carved in with a razor blade (I wish I was lying). And a nice bill for about a 50% inflated price left on the door. Beware home owners, they're out there! read more

Worst experience ever. I had an appointment at 2:00 & no one showed up. I called after waiting & waiting and left a message asking if they were coming. I got a call back and was told a truck broke down & he didn't have cell service but he would be there in 30 minutes. After waiting several hours I called again and left a message. At about 6:00 a guy finally showed up. He walked around the house and told me it would be $400.00 to just do the outside of the windows on a rambler home (no high windows) that is 4x what I was quoted over the phone. He was sent home! I had Alpine Window Washing come clean my windows. They were very friendly, impressivley quick but most of all Great Quality. I see a difference in Quality that varies in Window Washing and it was really great. Proud of who i selected. read more

If I could give them less then one star I would. Would never call this company again! Called and was told they would be out with in the week. They NEVER came and didn't call. When I called them they said they were busy and would maybe be out the next week. Really! When I told them they lost a customer they said sorry they couldn't meet our time constraints! read more
