Hassane was amazing and professional! He treated my son wonderful. We will be coming back!

How did Gus get his modeling ads on this?!?!? Hassane gets first pics before Al himself? This is a great barbershop that is perfect for kids and adults alike. Al is dedicated to his clientele and he instills this behavior in his entire team. There honestly isn't a bad barber in the group. My 8 y.o. son and I go there and it is the only place he has ever looked FORWARD to getting his hair cut. Everyone is friendly, and the new guy, AJ, is great as well. I haven't been lucky enough to have their resident female barber work on my locks as of yet, but I have heard nothing but positives about her. She is friendly, a local, and they all get along so well. The banter between them is worth the cost of the haircut. I used to go to the Silos, and while I like the people, the haircuts aren't as good of quality.

No thank you! Never coming back! Result after receiving a hot shave! No experience!

Horrible!! I stop by for a hot shave, end up with about 15 cuts in my head. No exaggeration. Nothing else to say I guess

Got a great cut at moments notice with a lot of good humor. Would come back here for every haircut if I didn't live in FL.

Leona was very kind, not overwhelming With questions. She did ask me first off what I wanted to do with my hair. When I told her that all I wanted was a scissor cut, not too short. She understood and set out to do exactly what I wanted. I appreciated that! I was very pleased with the work she did. She paid close attention to details, and she asked me everything before she did it. I most certainly appreciated that! I am very happy with the cut, and would definitely go back to have her style my hair again. I liked the vibe of the shop. I was made very comfortable, and Leona was the big reason. I will be back, and I highly recommend Leona!

If I could give zero stars--or better yet, negative stars--I absolutely would…read more This place is an absolute disgrace to the word "barbershop." I've now had the misfortune of trying both of their locations--one for each of my sons--and both visits were a complete nightmare. My sons walked out with butchered haircuts that looked like someone was either guessing their way through it or actively trying to ruin their appearance. And I paid $65 each for this garbage. Let's be clear: these people have no talent, no eye for style, and no clue what they're doing. It's not just that they don't listen--they can't even execute the basics. The haircuts took forever--painfully long for something that should've been simple--and yet the results looked rushed and careless. That's some kind of twisted magic: taking forever and still delivering an absolute mess. And it's not just a lack of skill--it's the complete absence of professionalism. No friendliness, no attention to detail, no pride in their work. At one location, the barber couldn't even speak English well enough to understand what we were asking for, which made the experience even more frustrating. How is someone supposed to cut hair to your preferences if they literally can't comprehend what you're saying? Both of my sons had to go straight to a real hair professional afterward to have their hair fixed--and even she was stunned by how bad the original cuts were. I've seen a lot of bad service in my life, but this was next-level incompetence. I will be leaving this review on every platform and for both locations so that no one else has to waste their money, time, and sanity here. Avoid this place like the plague.

I'm an out-of-towner who visits the Alpharetta area often because my sister lives out there. I was…read morefrantically scrambling to get a haircut before flying to ATL but was unable due to my schedule. There was no way I could be out in the ATL/Alpharetta area without a fresh cut. My nephew and bro-in-law recommended The Bosses because it is where they get there haircuts. They both mentioned the good work The Bosses do and that I can expect to be impressed with the finished product. This was high praise coming from my nephew and bro-in-law since it took them years to find a good barber when they first settled in the area. That recommendation could not have been more true. Man, I was blown away by not only the haircut, but all the fine work done to make you feel confident and feeling brand new. My Barber: I was lucky enough to get a haircut with Kelvin. His work station is the last one on the right (when facing the rear of the barbershop), closest to the pool table. Kelvin was friendly & kind, listened to all my requests, took care of me in every regard, and was very easy to talk to and connect with. It's always good when you can get a haircut and have a good conversation while doing it. Personally, I still believe good conversation with your barber is still the foundation of the barber shop experience. Kelvin's talent and professionalism is unmatched. The fade was flawless, the line up was incomparable, and the attention to detail was in a class of its own. He hooked me up in a timely manner but never felt rushed. He'd give the final look over and if he saw something that wasn't right, he'd go back and fix it until he gave his approval with the slight head nod. Everything from the clippers to the shave work was awesome. Then at the end, when it was finally over, not only did I leave feeling good but I left smelling good. Kelvin hit me with two light sprays-- to the top of my head and the back of my head-- of some scented & subtle fragrance (something nice, it wasn't cologne because it was not a strong and overbearing fragrance), like spa water or something. Kelvin had me coming out feeling like a million bucks. I'd recommend Kelvin to everyone. The Shop: It was very clean and well maintained. Looks like a really spacious and comfortable spot. They have two leather couches (I think L shaped, I don't really remember that part) that look pretty comfortable if you need to wait. Light music, which I prefer, because some barber shops try to over due it and blast rap music in an effort to give it a urban feel. I found the haircuts to be moderately priced and affordable. When I looked around I noticed that all barbers did good work and were engaged in their craft and their customers. One customer was getting a shave so I know that is a service they offer. All in all, I highly recommend and will now be coming back to get my haircuts at The Bosses every time I visit Alpharetta area-- specifically with Kelvin.
