They appear to be understaffed; only one person working (she was very nice) but she was confused and seemed frazzled. I had an appointment at 12:00 PM and arrived on time, but Belal was not there. Arvin was kind and professional, explained that Belal had a flat tire, and took my number so Belal could call me to reschedule. I understood that emergencies happen, so I left calmly. Later, I called the shop around 1:30 PM because no one had contacted me, and I was told Belal was not coming in due to car issues. Then at 3:00 PM, I received a message saying I did not show up to my appointment and had been marked as a no-show. That was shocking, because I was the one who showed up on time and Belal was not there. When I called, Belal said it was just the system and offered for me to come at 5:00 PM to make up for the missed appointment. At 4:40 PM, he called and asked how long it would take me to arrive. I said 10 minutes, and he told me to come 10 minutes late. At 5:00 PM, I received a message saying Belal was waiting for me, which surprised me because he had just told me to come 10 minutes late. I assumed it was an automatic message. I arrived at 5:14 PM, but Belal had already left. When we spoke afterward, he blamed me for not coming on time, even though he had told me to come late. He also said he did not have my number, even though he had called me earlier. Instead of accepting any responsibility, he kept changing the story and made me feel like I was the problem. The issue could have been easily resolved if he had admitted his mistake, and I would have been willing to reschedule. But when I saw him playing the blame game instead of taking accountability, that was unacceptable to me as a customer. I have been coming to Reesha Barber for about two years, so this was very upsetting. Belal's lack of accountability and poor communication cost the shop a loyal customer. I will not be returning.

They even trimmed up his facial hair and eyebrows which was nice. Just lacking on a few steps of service, and they definitely should always shampoo a client when cutting and adding product.
