This is my go to for area rugs! They have SO many in stock, and not just your everyday boring rugs! The staff is super helpful too!

They give decent prices on tile but gouge you on the labor. A job that should have taken 5 weeks took 5 months to complete. We have pictures of when they would come to "work for the day," then lay 10 tiles and leave. Cesar, the owner, has a list of 3,000 excuses for why everything is not his fault and will own NONE of his bad customer service. We had him quote our countertops as well, which came in at $10,000. We had the EXACT same countertops done by another contractor for $6,000! MORE PRICE GOUGING BY NC TILE! The install job they did on our shower tile was so bad, we had to spend $6,000 to have both showers ripped out and redone (by a different contractor). When Cesar came to look at the job himself and I asked how he could let a job be done so poorly, he got in my face and said "I didn't come here to be talked down to!" Who says that to a customer when they are legitimately upset about a job done so horribly??? I could go on, but the important point is that if you live in the Upper Keys and want to give your business to the local guy like we did, DON'T USE NC TILE! Learn from our horrible and very expense lesson and go somewhere else!

The pricing practices of the company are a bit questionable, they had an advertising of up to 40% off for Presidents Day but in real life there was not applicable. He set us up for a measurement and took $100 deposit. After the measurement, Vince called us with a quote, $4,220 for approx. 500 sq ft. He would call us for scheduling within a week. Sounds good. . We found a higher quality carpet on their website. We went back to Dolphin Carpet and Tile. Same deal. One car in the parking lot. They had the upgraded carpet. Great. The quote went from $4200 to $5200 for under 500 square feet. We picked the best padding and the best carpet they had. We agreed. Get it right! We were all eager to get the ball rolling on the carpet job. We paid 1/2 of quote up front. Vince called back. Saturday, morning. They will call before they arrive. Great. We moved everything but the heaviest furniture. A husband and wife team showed up 9:00am. They made me sign and initial several agreements and pay the total $5220 before anything got started. That seemed shady. They laid the carpet on the road out front to measure and cut. Everything was going slow, but still ok until we noticed that they were measuring our couch and then splicing a 3ft by 3ft piece of carpet in the first room, which is our living room. We took pictures of the installer doing his splicing job and called Vince, and sent the picture. Vince's tune changed from that moment on. He treated me like I was stupid and didn't know anything about carpet installation. He didn't acknowledge the mistake of not bringing enough carpet. Their measurement was 3 feet short. After that conversation, Vince stopped communicating with me. I emailed him and told him I would haul the extra carpet, in my van, needed for completion ,without having an obvious patch in my living room. Silence. Vince has not responded to my requests for some sort of compensation for their mistake. No apology. No repair. No anything. They got the total $5220. We have an obvious patch in our living room. Sloppy work for $5220.00 We believed Dolphin Carpet and Tile when they say "get it right". They got it wrong. The following we
