I tried to call him several times and he didn't answer my calls. They did eventually come back to do a half ass job (once I put a stop payment on the check) and left things undone. Now, less than four years later the stairs are cracked and the cement is falling apart. I would rather pay another company double just to not have this company back on my property. If you use them, don't pay until everything is done and check their work. They will skimp when they can.

The two original original installer returned after waiting weeks and in fact confirmed that a section of the counter top did not make contact with the back of a supporting cabinet when it was installed. (Resulting in a cantilever that cases the crack) Now they say it is not under warranty, and my wife and I abused it with too much weight or heat. Unbelievable. We had 2 pipes - one under our driveway and one in the back that probably had been leaking for some time and finally just gave way. They said they could dig up the paved drive and crack the concrete in the back OR they could easily run new pipes along side our house which would be easier and cheaper.
