Our experience was the best, found Al's Mobile service through Tire Rack service and sales....we bought 4 Michelin Tires which were recommended by both Tire Rack and Al's Mobile service. Tires were in stock for 2019 Jaguar Type 4 conversable....Set appointment for Friday. Met at by wife's location which a great young guy name Pete perform and have change out all tires and recalibrated the tires sensors in about 1.25 hours to complete, I was so empress I tipped Pete for his work and a great young personal guy he is....all in all I believe 5 star rating is Low... Had four tires replaced, I supplied the Nitto tires. After more than ten years of top quality service I get a rim gouge and within a few days each wheel start chucking weights. Called on a Monday to have that resolved and by Friday no show and no call back. I didn't even mention the gouge. Saturday morning I go to a dodge dealer and have them verify what wheels are still balanced and they report to me that not one of the four wheels still have weights on them. Service used to be top notch but has in the past couple years digressed. Had they made attempts to correct an issue and or made calls to get something done I wouldn't be upset. But the high price for their mobile service with no follow up is a deal breaker. I am done and will have all future service on tires done by dealer even if I have to take a vacation day to get it done read more

They are very knowledgeable and professional, and use the latest equipment to make sure your wheels are not damaged or scratched. I just purchased 4 additional tires for my wife's SUV. No more waiting at the Tire shop for hours. They come to you and will do the work in your home or office. Highly recommend them! Pricing is also fair. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The service, price, and professionalism I received was phenomenal. When I called originally, I spoke to the owner Al who is now retired. We had a lovely conversation. He passed my information on to his son Pete, who is now running the business. Pete and I communicated via text from then out. I was able to convey to him what I was looking for in regards to replacing the original tires for my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited. My Jeep only has 32, 000 miles however, the tires needed replacing. When I spoke to Al originally, I advised him that I had also purchased one and a 1/2 inch spacers and asked will be OK for me to put them on while Pete was dealing with the tires? He advised me that would not be a problem. After Pete gave me the price for the 4 tires and we scheduled our appointment, he arrived on time exactly. He was extremely polite and professional. When I spoke to him about the spacers to verify if I could put them on, he voluntarily told me that he would put them on for me and it was not a problem. The equipment in the truck looks brand new and super professional. The price that they quoted me was very reasonable, considering they come to your house or your job or wherever and do the work right there on the spot. I enjoy supporting small businesses and I recommend Al's mobile tires Sales and service to anyone who needs anything regarding tires. I don't often write reviews but I had to take the time out of my day to highly recommend this company. This company was recommended by Tire Rack. I called and first spoke with Al. I explained that my son is in college in Miami and needs a replacement tire. Al was very courteous and explained the whole process to me. He made arrangements to schedule an appointment with my son. The technician showed up on time and replaced the tire with a new tire I purchased from Tire Rack. A few days later my son drove the car and noticed that the steering wheel was shaking a bit. I called and spoke with Bibi. She also was very courteous. I explained the issue and also mentioned that my son would be traveling back home in a couple of days (over 1000 miles). She told me that the Technician would be up North the next day but would ask him to come down to the South part of Miami to look at the issue. The Technician arrived as expected and balanced the tire. The car is riding very smoothly now. Things happen and I understand that but the way this team resolved the issue is what really stood out to me. Doing a good job is one thing but turning an unfortunate situation into a great one is fantastic customer service. Thank you for the wonderful service, Al, Bibi and Peter! These guys exceeded my expectations completely. First, they complied with the 3 P's - Professional, Punctual, and Polite. And they topped it off with a fourth P - everyone I deal with was absolutely pleasant. The installer arrived on time, followed my instructions as to how to get to my door (old house with a front door that doesn't face the street), did the job quickly, efficiently, and well. All while being generally pleasant. On top of this, the installer wore a mask and observed social distancing guidelines during a pandemic. The next morning he was at my office on time, he gave me a great price, and filled my tires with Nitrogen witch increases fuel efficiency, life of the tire and safety (most important). Soooo I ventured to have Al's Mobile tire install 4 new tires on a 2018 Maserati GT conv. When I spoke with them, they wanted to compete on the product in addition to provide the installation services.... well they were able to provide the same product I was about to purchase somewhere else + the installation, furthermore, When I requested to have expedited service.... though their schedule was fully booked, they were able to accommodate ultra express delivery and installation. So far excellent right? Wel it could only get better, the gentleman that did the swift installation , was very knowledgeable and provided tips on tire inflation the surpassed even what the official manufacturer or the car service dept. Don't bother. I was hesitant to use a mobile tire service but based on some of their reviews I wanted to give it a try. I called and they seemed very polite, I had to set up and appointment which is reasonable but that's where it all ended. They never showed up or called, I called and left a message and they never called back. I called again and someone finally answered saying they tried calling me but that's not true. They never left a message and never made an effort to try to make it to our scheduled appointment. I get it, it's on a Friday and I'm sure they don't want to work but at least be courteous to the people you have already made commitments to. read more

I am completely impressed by this service. I called at 12:57pm about my flat and spoke with Al a very nice guy. He told me that they had my tire in the factory and that he could have my wheel changed within the hour. The technician arrived in a medium/large Uhaul style truck. It looked very clean and presentable. The young man that helped me out (I'm sorry because I forgot his name) was well spoken, kind and got straight to work. It's been exactly 56 minutes from the moment I originally called and I'm sitting in my car with a brand new tire on. AMAZING! My tire cost $95 and the service charge for the replacement was $35 which after taxes and what not came out to be $142.31. Just prior to them arriving I called Goodyear up the street and asked them for the price of the cheapest tire with mounting. I was told $148, so their prices are competitive. I'm very satisfied with my service. I wish I would have found them sooner because I would have saved the tow truck money and had them go straight to the spot of my flat to change it out.
