We had a fire several years ago that resulted in both a home & auto claim. Jeff Schrantz was at our home taking pictures and getting the claim started within two hours of my phone call! Two hours later, I had a call from the claims office letting me know they were faxing over all the paperwork. Within just a few weeks, we had our first check! A few years later, my husband's pickup was hit by an uninsured drunk driver. They reduced the normal deductible since there was no fault on our part. I highly recommend State Farm and Jeff Schrantz!

After dropping by the next day to get an update, I was told the same thing, with the same promise. Same result !. Called today and spoke to the person in charge of the office, Guess What !, not only backed up her "stories" but added to the fibbing by telling me they had been trying to figure this out for some 3 1/2 hours over 2 days. Not only couldn't handle something that I was able to clear up in minutes, But also not professional enough to give me a simple call back. Another example of a business where "it all starts at the top".

She wasn't just a medical agent when I moved her. She was a friend. Many times we got together and beyond that she always made sure my medical care was right. She's always taken time to call me back And she's always done so much for me. I would be so remiss not to include all this in my review. These days I know she's working incredibly hard just like everyone and it's so hard to keep up, but she is still doing so much for everybody.
