The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming at the front desk. Their office is going through some remodeling, and you would have never known because it's so clean. I still have a scar from my childhood dentist. No amount of dinosaur and cartoon stickers on the top of his light would make the visit less scary when you're laying back in the chair. The Dentist and staff were very thorough and gentle, which put me at ease. The person who did my teeth cleaning was so nice and did a great job. She talked enough to distract me, but didn't ask any questions where I had to answer while she had a sharp object in my mouth. THANK YOU! I'm happy to report that I've found my new dentist and don't have to look any further here in Charlotte. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Plaza Midwood Dentistry and Dr. Hart, hygienists/techs like Weslynn, as well as their front office. I came in looking like a gremlin honestly, my teeth were in terrible shape. They worked out a plan to focus on the cavities first, then crowns and implants, but I wasn't expecting the huge difference, even with the temporary cosmetic stuff they did (I'm not a dentist so I don't know the right name for it). After my last appointment, I cried when I looked in the mirror and asked for a hug. Went home and cried some more because I was so happy. Sent pictures to my best friends and family. People who see me and know me comment on my smile all the time. They are some of the most caring and understanding people in the business.
