I have used Liliiya for several services with excellent outcomes. she has tailored tuxes I use for the course I sing in. due to illness I lost 50 lbs ands she altered my suites of possible to fit. she did not try to alter my suit jackets because to cost would be too great since it would be reworking the coat. She suggested replacing the whole zipper, which was... well, long overdue, but the thing is a beast of a jacket. Flawless. I mean... down to every stitch, and it's as solid as it was when I got it. I had a dress taken in and some of my husbands slacks hemmed and they were so friendly and efficient at this shop. The work is amazing and they had it done in about 4-5 days. Liliya had something come up the day I was supposed to pick up and remembered I needed them that morning but she was so nice to call and let me know when the shop would be closed for an hour so I could come before then. Pricing is very reasonable and there are dressing rooms so she can pin/adjust items on the body. Will definitely be back if/when we need anything else altered! read more

I took my bridesmaids dress in to get the sleeves fixed, and she took the sleeves off and pinned them just fine, but when I came to pick the dress up, the way she sewed them she had cut them off from the top, not the bottom like we talked about and sewed an extra lip onto the sleeve that dug into my armpits. I was disappointed because it wasn't what we discussed. I had a hard time explaining what I didn't like about the fit and how she sewed it to her, so I just paid and left, but now I'm taking it to a friend of a friend to fix because the wedding is tomorrow and by fixing one problem, she created another with a lot less fabric to work with. Based on the reviews, I expected better. I won't be going back. read more

I had to get a bridesmaid dress tailored for a wedding and picked this place. They were fast and very nice. I had to take it back a second time because the back wasn't even with the front. I recommend trying on your clothes before you leave just to make sure. I was in a hurry that day so I was unable to do so. I would never recommend this place. I read great reviews so I thought I'd try it. Even though I sew myself I'm not as professionally trained with men's suits. Neither are they. The work was so sloppy and obvious plus the suit wasn't pressed where they had let it out. I now have to take it somewhere else to fix this horrible mess I had to pay for! Liliya sounded like the best option to alter my wedding dress and add a lining to make it modest because of her 5 star reviews. However, she didn't take my measurements and the cap sleeves she added are much too tight and I can't move. Also, the stitches on my dress are NOT straight but very crooked and the are a few spots in the lining where the stitch is coming undone. I called her and told her the problem and she had me come in. When I got there she didn't even look at the dress but told me there was nothing she could do. I would NOT recommend her business to anyone who needs a quality job done. $100 was too much for the quality and service she gave me. read more
