I looked up alterations on Yelp and found a few places that had good reviews, so she decided to go to this place since it's closer to where she lives. My sister told me that the owner was great and fixed them all the way she wanted and did an amazing job on them, and also did them really fast. She was super impressed, and I was so glad that my recommendation to her worked out so well. I will definitely be using her in the future whenever I need any alterations done.

When I told her I wanted a slit, she pinned it conservatively so she wouldn't make it too high, then had me come back to try it out and we decided to make the slit go higher. She also educated me on the different bustle types and gave me great recommendations for everything. It was all done by the 3rd visit and the turn-around times were only days apart! The pricing was totally reasonable too. I was really nervous about finding someone I could trust with a very special task and I highly recommend. She's knowledgeable, talented, and sweet! Long story short: I used the wash and fold, my clothing shrunk, and no one at the business really…read morecared. I subscribed to the wash and fold this summer, with the delivery option. They missed several delivery days and it took almost two weeks to get my bags. I even called to asked if I could come get them, and the employee at the location told me "No, we don't have bags here." After that, went smoothly for a very short time. A few bags in, on order I sent returned and a lot of my pieces had shrunk! I lost a few favorites in this load. Very upsetting. I called the location and all I got was. "...hmmmm...*silence*...Well let me give you a number to call.." (I had talked to the employee at the location 2-3 times before, to ask how the service worked and to ask where the bags were, and they were always disinterested and said very little. I should have taken their attitude as a warning.) I called the number. The person was nice, but all they could say was "Wow, I'm so sorry. I'm not sure how that happened." and offered to re-clean my clothes. This is a non-apology that didn't acknowledge my issue, and an unhelpful solution. Why would I trust them with my clothes again? (I had also sent an email to customer service the day before. It's still unanswered. Good thing I called.) The good: I did have one call from corporate customer service in the beginning that was from a very nice and helpful person about delivering my bags. And the delivery person was very apologetic about the bags, and let me know I could could contact him by text if I needed anything. He made special care to put my laundry somewhere dry on a delivery day when it rained. I've worked retail jobs before, and am always calm and polite when I have an issue. Poor customer service makes me more angry than bad service. The two combined...nightmare. I couldn't find any reviews for the Red Hanger wash and fold service in particular, and I wish I had. I hope you, reader, find this before it's too late.
