We decided to get pedicures and get the gel coat. My girlfriend decided to get the $35.00 pedicure, but I decided to get the $45.00, which includes tea cream massage along with hot stones massage to calf's. My girlfriend decided later that she wished she took the $45.00 pedicure. With the massage chair working and the technician doing my pedicure, I was so relaxed. I was also happy that I could converse with my technician. Will definitely do this again. read more

I would avoid this place at all cost. a woman Helen removed my old gel from my natural nail and replaced it with new gel polish in 25 minutes. you can imagine how it felt and how it looked. I am trying to grow out my natural nails so the lack of care and disregard for the shape of them and to grind them to the point it hurts (not the normal way to remove gel) Is awful and has left me feeling sad and instead of being happy when I look at my nails I am disgusted and they hurt which is not normal- the experience alone made me never want to step foot in there again or to trust them to even fix it. I can't speak on the other workers but Helen is not someone who should be let near another persons nails again. read more

I was treated like a burden here. The pedicure I received was OKAY. But I ended up messing up my big toe while waiting for my daughter and the woman sent from the back looked at my nail and proceeded to give me the most foul and annoyed look possible. Also Amy told me that Lavish now has another nail salon over by Raleys next to the Chinese restaurant and the name of it is Vive. I picked a favorite person because she somehow just knew someone like me didn't know nails & she made me comfortable. They always turned out great. Then one day she wasn't available and I was on a pinch and tried someone new, and she was equally as talented. I was only visiting for a couple of days and looking for a pedicure. They worked me in at the last minute and were very nice. The foot soak and leg massage was extra long and very relaxing. I had a 4:30 appointment for a pedicure. I arrived at 4:25. I left my job early to arrive on time. I waited 45 minutes. When i inquired as to why my appointment time was not honored, I was told that I should have arrived at 4:15. He was condescending, rude, and not apologetic. Has this ever happened to you? Today however, took the cake. I have a 9 month old little girl who usually I can get a baby sitter for. The girl who did my pedicure was great, the older gal who did my manicure is one of the worst nail technicians I've ever had. It was just a simple gel french manicure. I'm not picky and usually I will let a lot slide, but she knicked me with the dremel multiple times, bumped the fresh polish before I put my nails in the gel light and had to fix it repeatedly, the french tips are smeared and uneven, polish is caked in the corners of my nails... In short they look horrid. I would stay away unless you can guarantee one of the other nail techs. read more

AMAZING. I'm used to getting my nails done in Roseville or Citrus Heights, this place blew all of those nail salons away. I believe her name was Leslie, she really took her time shaping them and getting it perfect. These are my natural nails with the dip powder. One nail even broke so she seamlessly added an acrylic tip (middle finger) but it blends in perfectly. I've definitely found a new nail salon to stay loyal to. I have sensitive skin around my nails because of eczema so I am always really nervous about the cuticle removal, but she did an awesome job and I had 0 cuts even after removing a full set of acrylics! I found Lavish Nails and immediately knew this was my place. Lisa does a really good job with nails, pedicures and waxing too. I am always pleased with the results. I also bring my elderly father sometimes to get is his fingernails and toenails clipped as he can't do that for himself anymore. They always treat him nicely and are very careful with him.
