On the day of my appointment 06/20. She had power outage at her location, which was understandable. However, instead of working with me to reschedule and continue my treatment, she decided to stop taking me as a client. I was very disappointed that after five months of being a client, there was no effort to find another appointment time or a reasonable solution. I was also disappointed with the level of attention given to my concerns. I specifically wanted my baby hairs addressed, but i did not feel that this area received the proper care and attention i expected. After five months of treatments, I expected better communication, professionalism, and consideration. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and undervalued as a client. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this service. Teri Severson only wants clients from Auburn area if you are from a different area don't waste your time
