My significant other and I have a fondness for the Raspberry Cream Ghost flavor. As it is a limited time flavor, it is quite hard to find literally anywhere. Searching online yielded few results, but a promising offer from Get Yok'd showed that they had a 12 pack of the flavor in stock on their website, and at a competitive value, no less. Naturally, I jumped at the opportunity to purchase the pack and have it delivered to my home. Please note that it is key that on their website and throughout checkout, I was actively purchasing the RASPBERRY CREAM flavored ghost. As soon as the order was placed, I checked my email for a confirmation and at a quick glance you can clearly see the image of the raspberry cream flavor that I ordered, however it is also very easy to overlook the "original" next to the image, which to my dismay I did. Upon arrival, I was both surprised and frustrated to see that the flavor we were so excited for was simply the original flavor. I immediately sent an email to the support team and waited patiently over the weekend and a couple more business days for a response. There has been no response since posting this review. Whether this is intentional on the part of Get Yok'd or simply just a misunderstanding, the evidence provided and my experience as an online customer, paired with the fact that any returns have you paying for shipping AND a 25% restocking fee has me feeling that the former is more likely. I've had bad experiences in stores before, but at the very least every store has done what a store was supposed to do in the end: give me the product I paid for. This is the only time I have ever made an account with specific intention to write a review. I went and asked for it, looked for it, I happen to find the last bottle while the guy helped me look. Took it to the register, paid but didnt get my receipt because the register was acting up. The biggest issue is that everyone was doing jobs they weren't supposed to be doing. The nurse who was supposed to be giving vaccines was instead helping a customer who was taking forever to decide which medication to get, while the line kept getting longer. Meanwhile, other employees who could have helped were just standing around, careless and not stepping in at all. No one seemed to care about the growing line or patients who were clearly waiting. After all that time, I was told I still didn't even have a patient appointment, even though they continued helping walk-ins the entire time. No communication, no urgency, no apology. Extremely disappointing and poorly managed. Do not come to this pharmacy if you value your time.

I have nothing for pain because YOU declined my very legal prescription. And then refused to give me his name. I would never wish anyone harm, but I hope the person that denied me pain relief injures himself in the same way.
