They sent a young man by the name of Jonathan Enamorado who was very polite and even put on shoe covers prior to entering my condo. He looked at what needed to be done and I told him since I was recovering from cancer, my grip is weak and all I needed was some help in unscrewing the connection between the tank and the water source. He gladly helped me remove the connections. I assured him that I can do the rest since I have the new filler and bidet, and that I have done this project before, this wonderful young man didn't even charge me a penny. Called him back and he blamed it on the toilet which he said was a great toilet the previous visit. I suppose if he blames it on the toilet, he does not need to come back unless he gets paid for changing it. Not good. The supply line in the kitchen he cleared, the faucet has a lower flow then before the debris entered the line from work being done. The flow improved but not to the original flow rate. Instead of removing the cartridge in the faucet and flushing out the debris, he recommended replacing the faucet. He looks for opportunity to maximize his charge instead of the best solution. Double not good. Aug 4, 2025 update I got someone else to come by. He removed the toilet and cleared the line. Problem solved. He also removed and flushed out the kitchen faucet valve and restored the water flow to same as hot water. So it is not hard water build up. In other words, he came in and finished the job that Shawn started but did not complete. The zinger is, he charged 1/3 less than Shawn.

I was called about 5 minutes before the window started to see if I was still available. The technician arrived exactly on time, right at the start of the window! After a short explanation of my needs he just said "OK, let's take a look at the space and talk about it." He explained every step of what they'd do to install a tankless water heater, he looked at the whole area to check for pipes, electrical access, spacing inside and out for a condensation line - making feel very comfortable that it would be planned before the installation to avoid last minute issues. A big plus, he told me he'd be part of the installation team. He also told me I should go ahead and get another few quotes. I think these guys are confident they're giving the prices in the sweet spot of costs. Then we spent time just talking about landscaping and plants! I'm not in a hurry to start this project, it's on my list of improvements and I'm just starting to investigate. I won't name their name but after fast inital reponse - nada. So I called my goto plumbers. We went out and bought a replacement water heater from Ferguson (check out my review for them - awesome). My wife and I dollied and manipulated all 137lbs of that bad boy into the garage. Edgar was my tech from Magnificent (He thought it was a "check" vs. "replace"). This could have been a disaster because we are now at New Year's Eve. They typically only do commercial water heater replacement but calls his boss, gets the gren light and because we are loyal customers, discounts the service cost. He tells me he can do it, calls to re-arrange some family plans and just makes it happen! At the end, he noticed a pipe with some carbon monoxide venting which he also fixed.
