Gave a call to Logan this morning, by mornings end he was at my property, giving me a call on what they had found so far. While not the best news in terms of the well, he explained everything very well and said they were going to spend another hour or so on it and give me a full analysis later today. I can't even explain how good I felt with Logan's response, his communication with me throughout and for his guidance. Logan has done a new well and a few pump jobs on my uncles properties. Being the owner and the worker you have to be patient to get the best in the business. He will work all day and night to get your well drilled, cased and gravel packed. When our pump went out to the house I was living in he showed up that day. Expecting to have to pay a lot of money for a new pump and motor he trouble shot the problem that was in our "pressure switch." 1 trip to the store and we were up and running. Our old 80 ft well drilled in 1977 ran dry in 2019 so Logan drilled a new 310 ft well and decommission my old well. The new well is great and have all the water I need. All work was done in a professional and friendly manner. He is always responsive and fair every time I deal with him. He has taken good care of my well water needs for 7 years now and he is a trusted vendor. My wife also feels very comfortable with him and his crew. We had a way-past-end-of-life pump & tank system that we use for irrigation. What made things tricky is the system came with a murky history of sharing it with a neighbor who, long story short, is not someone we wanted to continue sharing with. So, we needed a solution that would give us a system separate from the neighbor without starting a feud. We contacted Logan, explained the situation, and asked him to evaluate our options. He came promptly and on the spot designed a cost-effective and simple solution. I know because I researched it thoroughly afterward. He checked in with us regularly during the months we waited for the neighbor to consent. In one day, he and his assistant came out and got our system installed and running. He also replaced some old and inefficient piping (which he didn't need to do and didn't charge extra for). He was always patient and respectful in answering my questions, something that I was not expecting since I'm older. To top it off, Logan called ME a week later to see how things were going or if I had any questions. That's what I call service. I would and will recommend him to anyone. His prices are fair, he does excellent work, he's on time and straightforward and calm. If I ever need help again, I will totally call him because I know that he will deliver. read more

I have a water pump that is used to pump water for my sprinklers. I had a very old water pump system and it stopped working. I called Logan and he came out the same day to inspect the system and diagnosed the issue right away. He recommended replacing the system and his price was much lower than other quotes I got. He came out next day and put the whole system together in half a day. He and his helper were very professional and worked until the system was up and running. The new system has been working for the past 2 weeks with no issues. Overall, they are very professional and offer very good value for the service they performed. Very honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had been ripped off by other well companies (East bay pump-- beware, they want a card number before they will even come out).
