Things to note: they offer free estimates, but if you need troubleshooting like we did, the current rate is $200 the first hour and $100 per additional hour needed. If it's a simple fix like ours, you pay the troubleshooting cost plus any materials used. They were able to replace our breaker for us the same day as the scheduled diagnostic which was a great peace of mind for us. For more involved repairs, they provide an estimate before you give the okay to move forward. Their prices are more than fair for our area. Brittney's clear responses to my questions made me want to schedule with C. Bates Electric. I appreciated the transparency and professionalism.
