Per a mishap at a quick lube business, I had to take my truck to Renaissance to get repaired…read morecorrectly. They were able to get me in very quickly, diagnose the problem and help with a path forward. The service manager, acting as a mediator, was able to communicate the issue and paperwork to the quick lube business where the mishap occurred. While there, I had the pleasure of talking to the sales manager also, frustrated by the situation that brought me there. He was very knowledgeable about ALL of the brands of vehicles they had an the lot. Though my truck is still there, waiting on an aftermarket part, I would recommend them. The only issue I have with them, not giving them 5 stars, is they do not have rental/loaner cars available yet. I believe this is because the business is still new. Hopefully that will change.
