Thinking the call may have been disconnected by mistake, I called back and politely asked if he had intended to hang up. He responded "yes" and then hung up on me again. I understand if a business cannot provide quotes over the phone, but there is no excuse for treating potential customers so rudely. Based on this interaction, I cannot recommend this business.

Turns out they left a stain and they need to redo it. They ask me to come back the next day after 2PM and it'll be ready. I've got a wedding the next day..which is why I had it dry cleaned...I asked if I could leave it so they can finish it the same day since it was only 12PM at the time. They told me they don't do it at the location and to call around the area for a store that provided 24HR service. I took it as is and was charged the full price.

She was honestly surprised it took them two weeks to produce such sloppy results.
