When I picked up my dress, BJ informed me that she acts as a middleman, splitting fees 50/50 with the seamstress who does the actual sewing, which doubles the cost for the customer. When I picked it up, I didn't notice that it still looked awful, and my husband actually wore it. I took it back for a re-do today, but #1 no apology for not getting the gum out, and #2 they wanted to charge me another $10.50 to try again - no promises - because it had been more than a month since it was cleaned. Unfriendly, no apology, no recourse, I was out $10.50m and the shirt had to be dumped in the garbage. Do NOT use this dry cleaners - it should go out of business!

But not by Dena; Dena had the vision and confidence that she could fix my dress in time. She completely reconstructed the lace arms (adding extra fabric to a complicated lace pattern) and bodice/under-layer of my dress; I could lift my arms and my boobs didn't float like weird islands! She also saw that the bustle had been unevenly sewn and fixed with ease. If you're in a time crunch, do recommend proactively following up with Dena as she's a busy lady and things can move + shift in her day; a simple call in the morning to check-in did the trick for me! Her work is always clean and professional. Whether it's pants, skirts, or dresses, you can't even tell they've been hemmed - they look like they came that way. She also has a good turnaround time, and fittings are always fast and easy. My only suggestion would be a bit more transparency around pricing. I usually don't know the cost or the price breakdown until it's time to pay. Other than that, I've had consistently great experiences and would definitely recommend her.

I do not think they are changing their solvents frequently enough, so clothing does not come back clean. I hate to give a bad review, because this is a very convenient business for me to use. but I am now using another cleaner.
