I took it back for a re-do today, but #1 no apology for not getting the gum out, and #2 they wanted to charge me another $10.50 to try again - no promises - because it had been more than a month since it was cleaned. Unfriendly, no apology, no recourse, I was out $10.50m and the shirt had to be dumped in the garbage. Do NOT use this dry cleaners - it should go out of business!
