I immediately felt comfortable with her and was confident she would be able to make the necessary adjustments, even though they were not exactly straightforward. The waist needed to be taken in and lifted, the tank style lace shoulder straps shortening, and I didn't want to lose the pockets, which made it more complicated. Mila said she could complete it in two weeks and the quote was very reasonable. When I returned to pick it up I put the dress on and I was completely blown away by what a great job she did! I've been coming to this dry cleaner since 2019 and never had an issue until this recent…read moreexperience. Last week, I dropped off two sport coats, one khaki and one dark gray. After picking them up, I was getting ready to wear the khaki coat on Saturday and noticed it still smelled like body odor. I also noticed two stains--one on the upper right chest and another on the lower left chest--so I wore the dark gray coat instead. The next morning, I brought the khaki coat back and explained the problem to the employee working there (guy with beard). I asked him to smell it, but he said it smelled fine. When I pointed out the two stains, he started arguing with me about why I didn't disclose the stains when I originally dropped the coat off. I have a 3-year-old son and, like most people, I don't carefully inspect every piece of clothing before taking it to the dry cleaner. I'm bringing it there to be professionally cleaned, so I would expect stains to be noticed and properly treated. I asked him to clean it again, and his response was, "OK, I'm gonna let this one time." That really bothered me because I've been a customer since 2019 and had never brought anything back or complained before. I picked up the coat again on Friday and wore it to an event on Saturday. During the event, I kept smelling something like dirty feet. Eventually, I realized the smell was coming directly from the same two stained areas on the coat. I tried wiping them off, but the odor would not go away. My wife even sprayed scented hand sanitizer on the coat just to make the smell more bearable. I'm very disappointed, not only because the coat still had stains and a terrible odor after being cleaned twice, but also because of how my concern was handled. A longtime customer should not be argued with or made to feel like they are asking for a favor when bringing back an item that was not cleaned properly. Unfortunately, I will not be returning if this is how customer concerns are handled.
