So I had brought 3 gallons in made by the company Selkie, one of them had gone through Splash mountain with me and two of them got peed on by my dog. One of them is a fully sequin mini dress, and the other two are a little extra extravagant. I will be honest I fully expected to pay a lot to get these three dresses clean, but was quoted an amazing price. I was in no rush to pick them up, which was nice for them because one of the owners was on vacation so they wanted to wait to make sure they got her advice on the best way to care for my dresses. The nicest people ever! I had an oil spill on one of my hoodies. Because of the prints on it the workers said that if they try to dry clean it the print might get destroyed and peel off. Went in January to get a new zipper on a brand new dress. The zipper was garbage. I clearly told them when dropping off my dress, that I wanted a brand new zipper and not have it repaired, said it twice! Well they scammed me and repaired it only to trust it and the zipper didn't work when I put it on, I was embarrassed because they never replaced it and repaired the faulty zipper, it was faulty not going to stay zipped up. I looked at the stitching and I knew then that they didn't replaced as I asked and paid for, it was not done and they had the nerve to charge me $30 for a zipper that was not replaced! I was dumb enough to take another retro dress and they were not capable of washing. Gave me my money my money back, at least. However, when I got home and I washed a dry clean only dress in woolite, the cherry designs on the the dress were no longer bleeding. They could've done it. Don't know who was lazy there! This past week, I gave them two jump suits to hem. My orange suit they gave back and when I got it, it was not done. I was supposed to get both back together and they took my number and never called me to tell me both were not ready. My partner picks it brings back orange and they scammed him. Yesterday he picks up the black and white one and that was not done either!! It still had the original stitching same length. They gave me back my money for the orange one to my partner! But they passed this one as done! Never again! Nothing but a incompetent workers! Stick to washing only stay out of seamstress work! Stay clear of this place! My partner has pictures and we want our money back you get no stars for the scam!! Tried to resolve and they can't accept responsibility! read more
