They were very good to work with on my wedding dress. However, I feel I overpaid for the quality…read moreof work that was done... first they replaced buttons with a zipper and the first time we tried to zip me into the dress the zipper was Jammed and they charged me to replace the zipper again. Second, I paid for a bustle to be added to the dress and did the type they suggested. It looked fine in the shop, however, very shortly into having the dress bustled the button holding the dress up ripped. This was without anyone stepping on the dress, just all the weight on a single button. It stinks to have paid so much for a bustle just to have it unusable and a hole in my dress.

I tried two other places to replace a zipper pull on a vintage Louis Vuitton Speedy. I went to this place on 4/27/26 I asked him "can you please install a zipper on my dress so I can…read moremake it short or I can make it long and I need done by 5/12". He was very confused about what I was wanting but after explaining even more he said he would do. He said he would need to buy an invisible zip that was the color of the dress and he would be able to install and it would be ready in time for my graduation. I went in today 5/11 to check on my dress since i haven't gotten a call if it was ready and I need it tomorrow. I go in with my ticket tell him I have a dress here and haven't gotten a call is it ready. He looks at my number, checks to see if it's ready and says "It's not in my system", ok how is it not in your system. Then goes to find my dress, he finds it, and the zipper is not installed. He keeps saying "I don't know how this wasn't in my system" and "how it's not done". WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DONT KNOW HOW ITS NOT DONE! He then measures my dress and said "it was impossible to add a zipper were I want it". Then he says "we can come back and get a zipper installed after my event". How is that possible you just said you couldn't do it. So overall I'm not going there again because that's stupid he didn't have my dress done and don't know how to install a zipper and put an order in your system when I need it done the next day.
