Hesitant to use my mother's stylist, I googled and crossed my fingers for a salon progressive enough to actually have a website in this small, old-fashioned town. Luckily, Attractions turned up, and it happens to be just one block from where I work in the old downtown area! Since I have a strict work schedule, I hoped they would be flexible enough to fit me in before the end of the month, and they were able to schedule me within two days, and were subsequently nice enough to change my appointment time by half an hour when I called back with a new schedule conflict. I ended up going with Morgan, who was not only a sweetheart, but very efficient and gave me a fantastic new look for my profession. I look forward to going back for more services, including manicures, especially since their prices cannot be beat, even for this area.

very disappointed, overall! made an online appointment but apparently their site wasn't working…read moreproperly (per the gals at the reception desk) and so my cut and color ended up being a cut and root touch up. the sylist made my roots super dark and the rest of my hair was lighter and it looked awful! Embarrassing! Expensive lesson learned - had to have everything corrected at another salon. I did call and requested to speak w the manager or owner but no one returned my call. The receptionist indicated that she was "almost a manager because I've been here the longest" - not sure what that even meant. lol! All in all - will not be patronizing this business and will tell others the same!

Initially scheduled an appointment for 11am. She changed the time to 10:30, to which I agreed. The day of the wedding, she changed the time to 11am, then to 12, then to 1pm, then to 1:20pm. At the final time change, it would have made me late to my own wedding. I told her I wanted my deposit back and I would just have a friend do my hair/make-up. She told me the deposit was nonrefundable and refused to refund my deposit. She then told me that she had been "flexible" and accommodating to me. She did not provide critical information and continually changed things until I could not keep the appointment. Then she kept my deposit and stated that I put her in a "tough position." To be honest, when you continually change the time of the appointment and then leave me where I have no hair/make-up on the day of my wedding, I feel that I'm the one left in a "tough position." Do not use her, or any salon that employs her. She is unreliable. Update: I spoke to the salon owner. She was very nice. I believe the actions were made by the individual alone, as she is an independent stylist there.

That was understandable, but because I rarely trust hair stylists due to bad experiences I was upset that she didn't tell me she assigned me to some one else. This someone else did was 15 minutes late and never apologized for being late. They only other stylist there searched for her twice. When she showed up she didn't apologize and treated me as though she was taking me for granted. The other client who was being worked on gave me stink eye the whole time as she was angled toward me. But I had to keep correcting the stylist over her misconceptions of what i wanted which made me appear as the aggressor when I was really the victim in the situation. All in all, she needed a lot of prompting the entire cut and did a mediocre job. I need to get it corrected now because there are obvious mistakes. They broke my trust in their amateur operation at Penneys.
