I should have looked at my nails one good time before talking out of the door. I think the guy but my full set on and painted in 15 minutes. None of my nails are evenly straight. Some of them are longer than others. I asked for matte black and he missed the back of my nails and the sides. I think I could have went to Walmart and did a press on job better for $8 rather than spending $71 with tip for these. It doesn't take to long and the prices are fair for the work they do. They try to get you in and out as soon as possible but still do a great job. They do know how to do different designs which a lot of nail salons in Lancaster don't or only can do a few basic things. The receptionist indicated that she was "almost a manager because I've been here the longest" - not sure what that even meant. lol!
